- Talking about holidays and vacations

- Helping students know some special holidays and vacationsa by reading the letters
and the tape.
+Educational Aim :
- To help them understand some special holidays and vacations in Vietnam , America
and other countries.
1. Language :
+ Vocabulary : celebrate; easter, Christmas
+ Structures : simple present tense; S+ find+ O+ adverb + adj
2. Skills : Speaking – Listening - Reading - Writing
3. Educational factor :
- Helping the students know the special days in Vietnam and other countries. In the
world.
II. Teacher’s and students’ preparation :
1. Method : Communicative Approach
2. Techniques : pairwork, games, explanartions
4. Materials needed : Textbook, pictures , hand out…
5. Students’preparation: Prepare new words and draw at least 2 pictures.


6. Previous exercise : The dial between Hoa and her uncle
III. PROCEDURES IN CLASS :
