- To provide students with some more new words and phrases

<b>2. Check – up (5 minutes) Talk about the history of synchronized swimming</b>

In order to avoid getting cramped when you play water polo,
you must take the following warm up exercise
+ Set yourself in vertical position
+ Stand with your feet apart, raise your hands above your head,
looking above
+ Bend down until your fingers touch the ground
+ Bend down more until your fingers touch your toes

parts to make a complete writing
