<b>2. Check – up (5 minutes) Talk about the history of synchronized swimming</b>

In order to avoid getting cramped when you play water polo,
you must take the following warm up exercise

+ Set yourself in vertical position

+ Stand with your feet apart, raise your hands above your head,
looking above

+ Bend down until your fingers touch the ground
+ Bend down more until your fingers touch your toes

+ Raise your body to the first position

- Asks different groups give their
parts

- Asks some Ss to link different
parts to make a complete writing

<b>4. Consolidation (3 minutes)</b> - Write instructions - Words and phrases
