The story

Mona and Jack discuss the itinerary for the following day with Leo.


Language Practice - Phrases of sequence

In lesson 16, Leo goes over the itinerary for Mona and Jack. Below is another itinerary which has the sequencing
words in bold. Read it out loud.

After breakfast, we’ll take the tour of the city.

Then we’ll have lunch in the gardens.

After that, we can visit the museum or you can come back and rest, depending on how you feel.

At six we have dinner in the restaurant and then go to the festival.

We should finish dinner by 7.30.

Don’t forget to bring your camera and it’s a good idea to wear comfortable shoes.

Finally, we can watch the fireworks at 11 p.m.
