PASSAGE 3: I think the best thing about TV is that it’s cheap and it’s fun. I love the cartoons 
and the comedy shows most, because they help me to relax. TV can also be educational if you
choose programmes carefully. I know quite a lot about space exploration, and I’ve learnt most of 
it from documentaries on television. TV is also great for people who can’t leave their homes very
easily. That’s what my grandma says. She used to go out much more when she was younger, but
now she stays at home and watches television every evening. In my opinion, television is a good
thing.
