<b>What is an Informal Letter?</b>

<i>It is a letter that is written in a </i>

<i>personal fashion (not a formal letter </i>

<i>in professional relationships or </i>

<i>business). You can write informal </i>

<i>letters to close relationships such as </i>

<i>relatives or friends</i>

<b>seven elements: </b>

We should write down your

or

<b>receiver’s </b>

<b>address</b>

:

- Own/ Personal address: At the top

right of the letter/ page

- Receiver’s address: At the top left of

the letter/ page or on the front of the

envelope

The date is usually located below your own

address

- If we write 3 paragraphs, we should follow:



_{In the first paragraph of your body, you should}

state your reason for writing.



_{In the second paragraph and following}

paragraphs, expand on what you mentioned in

the first paragraph.



_{In the final paragraphs, you can make some}

concluding remarks ( tạo sự chú ý bao gồm

trong đoạn).

- If we write in short, we should only focus on

the main contents in one paragraph. It’s ok.
