1.

Scope of Works/Phạm vi công việc:

- This method statement covers work related to provide guideline for the implementation of quality assurance on
Plumbing & Sanitary Installation work to ensure conformance to the contractual requirement, statutory laws and

regulations, and to the approved shop drawings.
- Biện pháp này bao gồm các công tác liên quan đến việc hướng dẫn công việc lắp đặt để đảm bảo chất lượng
của hệ thống đường ống và các thiết bị vệ sinh nhằm tuân theo các yêu cầu, luật và quy định và các bản vẽ đã
được phê duyệt.

activity to explain and remind for the Method Statement (MS), Inspection & Testing Plan (ITP), Safety.

Các kỹ sư được đảm nhiệm sẽ tổ chức cuộc họp đầu ngày cho tất cả các nhân viên có liên quan đến các cong
việc trên để trình bày và nhắc nhở vè các BPTC, công tác nghiệm thu và kế hoạch kiểm tra, an toàn.
- All materials for works mention above are brought to the site and inspected by authorized person before
carried out.
Tất cả các vật tư phục vụ cho các cơng việc nói trên được mang đến cơng trường và được kiểm tra và nghiệm
thu trước khi triển khai công việc.
3.3

Sequence of work/ Quy trình cơng việc.

3.3.1 Preparation of Work for Site Fabrication/ Việc chuẩn bị cho công tác gia công tại công trường
- Preparation work shall be carried out by workers.
Công tác chuẩn bị sẽ được các công nhân thực hiện.
- Before the site fabrication starts, it is necessary to coordinate with consultant on the system installation
works.
Trước khi triển khai gia công tại công trường cần liên lạc với Tư vấn về công việc lắp đặt.
- Marking at site by the site supervisor.
Các giám sát sẽ lấy dấu.
- Ensure position is ready in place with the correct dimension. The height and location to be installed at exact
location as per approved shop drawing.
Đảm bảo các vị trí đã đánh dấu là đúng và kích thước chính xác. Độ cao và vị trí để lắp đặt phải chính xác
như trên bản vẽ thi công.
- All equipments, plants, tools…etc shall be check and they are in good condition, during the installation. No
damage should be allow and any equipment.
Tất cả các thiết bị, dụng cụ, công cụ…sẽ được kiểm tra và phải trong điều kiên tốt trong suốt quá trình lắp
đặt. Các hư hại sẽ không được chấp nhận.
- Upon completion of work, inspection shall be conducted.
Sau khi hoàn thành lắp đặt, tiến hành nghiệm thu.
3.3.2 Step by step of Plumbing & Sanitary fixture for realization/ Từng bước thực hiện lắp đặt đường ống

Install VP 100 drain pipe with the adapter. At this time, apply adhesive for PVC to the inner and outer
surfaces of the adapter for VP pipe and the outer surface of the flange inserting part.



Lắp đặt ống thoát VP 100 có ống nối. Cùng lúc, quét keo lên mặt trong ống PVC đến mặt trong ngoài của
ống nối cho ống VP và mặt ngồi của phần nối mặt bích.



Fix the floor flange to the floor by 4 screws.
Vặn 4 con vít cho mặt bích sàn.



Step 2: Toilet Bowl Installation/ Bước 2: Lắp chậu xí


Remove dust and moisture from outer surface of the
drain port of the toilet bowl, remove the separation
paper of the white packing and apply the packing.
Vệ sinh sạch sẽ bụi và chất ẩm ở mặt ngồi của cửa xả
của chậu xí, lột giấy niêm phong.



Arrange parts in proper order and set the Toilet Bowl
in the specified position, then fix it by tightening the
nuts.
Sắp xếp các bộ phận theo đúng thứ tự và lắp chậu xí vào đúng vị trí, sau đó vặn chặt các bu lông.



Fix Floor Flange and Toilet Bowl to floor
Lắp mặt bích sàn và chậu xí xuống sàn.

Install tank to bowl gasket over flush valve outlet on underside of the tank

Remove the top-portion of the flush valve, and then insert the rubber washer, hand tighten nuts until tank sets
snugly on bowl

3.3.2.2 Installation of the Urinal/ Lắp tiểu nam

Cut pipe and fix mounting of drain socket
Cắt ống và đoạn nhô ra của miệng xả



Cut off the PVC drain pipe at less than 10mm from the wall finished surface.
Cắt ống thoát PVC một đoạn nhỏ hơn 10mm từ mặt tường hoàn thiện.



Mark the position of fixing hole while aligning it with the centerline of the pipe based on the drain socket
mounting position (See the figure below).
Đánh dấu lỗ lắp khi định vị tim ống căn cứ trên vị trí miệng xả.
Cut off the PVC and Mark the position

Apply adhesive for PVC around the drain socket inserting part (around and inner surface of the adapter
when adapter is used for WSP pipe) and press the drain socket into the PVC drain pipe. Be sure to align
the center indication line of the drain socket with the centerline of the wall.

Quét keo xung quanh phần miệng nối (xung quanh bên trong và bên ngoài khớp nối khi được sử dụng cho
ống nước thải) và gắn vào ống thoát PVC. Đảm bảo tâm của họng xả phải trùng với tim tường.



Note that it cannot be readjusted in position once fixed with adhesive.


Chú ý không thể gắn lại ở các mối nối đã được gắn một lần.


If there is looseness between the drain socket body and the PVC drain pipe, application of general
adhesive may cause water leakage. It that case, be sure to use thick adhesive.
Nếu mối nối giữa họng xả và ống thốt bị hở thì qt thêm keo xung quanh để tránh rò rỉ. trong trường
hợp này phải đảm bảo đủ độ dày của keo.



Check the (horizontal) level of the drain socket top face. If it is inclined, the urinal may not be installed
correctly.
Kiểm tra độ thẳng đứng của họng thu. Nếu nó bị nghiệng thì âu tiểu có thể bị lắp sai.

Fix the drain socket body at 4 positions by tapping screws.
Định vị họng thu bằng 4 vít tự khía.

Install the urinal: Fix the urinal firmly by the washers and nuts packed together with the drain socket.
Lắp đặt âu tiểu: Gắn thân âu tiểu vào tường bằng long đền và vặn đai ốc áp chặt âu tiểu vào họng xả.

The flush valve is connected to the washing pipe at its end that has a collar/ Van xả lắp với ống rửa bằng
ống nối.




If the other end of the washing pipe is connected to the flush valve, water may leak.
Nếu nối trực tiếp thì có thể bị rị rỉ nước.



When connecting the washing pipe to the urinal cut the pipe leaving 10- 15mm margin for insertion after
on-site matching.
Khi gắn ống xả với âu tiểu thì cắt khoảng 10-15 mm ở mép để chèn sau khi làm khít.



If the washing pipe has too small margin for insertion, water may leak.
Nếu ống mép ống xả q nhỏ để chèn thì có thể bị rị nước.



Cut off the shaded portion (A) of the wash pipe.
Cắt bớt phần ống bị che của ống xả.



Tighten the cap nut (lower) while fixing the spout by means of a tool. Otherwise, the spud will be turned
together and water splash or poor washing may be caused.
Vặn chặt ốc mũ (bên dưới) khi gắn ống tháo nước. Mặt khác, đai ốc định vị cũng được vặn chung và
cũng là nguyên nhân của việc nước bắn tóa lên hay nước yếu.



Mount the cover so that there should be no clearance between the cover lower end and ceramic surface.
Lắp nắp đậy để khơng có khe hở giữa nắp đậy và mặt gốm.

Install the sensor surface/ Lắp mặt cảm ứng

Remove the mounting screws and pull the protecting cover out of the wall

3.3.2.3 Install the wash lavatory/ Lắp chậu rửa.
 After marking and fix the support to the concrete table, put wash basin bowl in support

Sau khi đánh dấu và thanh đỡ vào bảng bê tông, đặt chậu vào thanh đỡ.
 Install the waste fitting/ Lắp phụ tùng xả.
 Connection of drainage fittings (Drainage fittings are to be procured separately).


Lắp các phụ tùng xả nước.

Installation the Fitting
 For prevention of breakage of the wash bowl, tighten the nut to such an extent that the rubber packing
should not lose its elasticity.
Để tránh chậu rửa bị nứt bể, vặn chặt đai ốc áp chặt vào ron cao su.
 Connect the P-trap to the main drainage fitting.
Lắp phễu thu vào ống xả.

 Install the faucet Flow of Step work/ Lắp đặt vòi theo các bước.
 Step1: Water supply pipe/ Bước 1: Ống cấp nước
 Before installing the auto faucet, be sure to thoroughly flush away any foreign matter such as dirt and
sand trapped in the water supply pipe/ Trước khi lắp vòi tự động, đảm bảo ống cấp nước sạch sẽ bùn đất.



Step 2: Install the faucet/ Bước 2: Lắp vòi



Place the faucet into the wash basin hole.
Lắp vòi vào lỗ của chậu rửa.



Hand-tighten the washer with the hexagonal nut.
Vặn chặt ron với đai ốc lục giác.

Remove the water inlet bracket from the faucet.
Lau sạch nước ở cửa vào của vòi.

 Step 3: Mount the water on the wall/ Bước 3: Lắp ống nước ở tường

 Step 6: Fasten the faucet with tool/ Bước 6: Định vị vòi xả.
 Affix the faucet by tightening the hexagonal nut.

Specific Safety Requirements & Precaution Measures/ Các tiêu chí an tồn được u cầu và biện

pháp ngăn ngừa.
- Ensure the all personal protection equipment (PPE) shall be provided on Site before starting of work such as
helmet, safety boots, safety glasses, gloves, mask etc and their good condition.
Đảm bảo tất cả các trang bị bảo hộ cá nhân đầy đủ trên công trường trước khi bắt đầu cơng việc như nón,
giày, găng tay, mặt nạ…trong điều kiện tốt.
- Tools and equipment shall be inspected by authorized person before carried out to work. Công cụ, dụng cụ
sẽ được nghiệm thu bởi người có thẩm quyền trước khi bắt đầu công việc.


- Scaffolding shall be provided and be ready to use at any time in order to prepare for all contingencies. Cung
cấp giàn giáo và sẵn sàng phục vụ trong mọi trường hợp.
- The opening through floor slab of busduct must be properly covered, fenced by warning tape, instructional
board to prevent unauthorized workers to go area around.
Các lỗ thông sàn phải được che đậy đúng cách, làm hàng rào và dây cảnh báo xung quanh, bảng chỉ dẫn
để tránh các công nhân khơng có phận sự đi vào.
- All equipments, materials must be arranged correctly for transport and store.
Tất cả các thiết bị, vật tư phải được sắp xếp hợp lý để vận chuyển vào kho.
- The workshop is to be cleaned daily and rubbish removed. Nhà xưởng phải sạch sẽ và vệ sinh hàng ngày.
