Verb ý kiến và Verb của mệnh đề cùng thì ( Cùng hiện tại hoặc cùng quá khứ). Active: S + Verb + that + S2 + V2. => S2 + am/is/are + P2 + to + V2(infinitive) Was/were+ P2 be + verb-ing have + P2 Eg:.
