1. AND: và – là từ nối được dùng để nối các từ, cụm từ, hay mệnh đề.

2. BUT: Nhưng- dùng để diễn đạt một ý trái ngược với ý nói trước đó.

3. OR: Hay- dùng để dẫn ra một sự lựa chọn.

7. MOREOVER = BESIDES: Mở rộng ý hoặc diễn đạt cùng ý.

+ Khi dùng cấu trúc suggest + v-ing, nếu đề nghị chỉ người nghe làm thì ta chuyển đại 
từ thành tính từ sở hữu. Ex: We suggest him his taking a rest

2. SUGGEST + that + S+ should +V:

2. Electricity is the most common form of energy today. In the modern world electricity 
is very available at the touch of a swich. Electricity has many uses. The most common 
use of electricity is to provide artificial lighting. In factories, electricity is used to light 
up the work place. It is also used to operate air-conditioners, coputers and many others 
machines. Electricity is also used to power the many appliances that we ave in our 
homes. Such appliances include television sets, computers, electric fans. Irons and 
many others. The list of simply endless. Modern man will most probably be lost without 
electricity.
