<b> - </b>To help the ss know how to ask & answer politely.

<b> + Vocabulary : </b>review some words ( bookstore, shoe store, restaurant…)
<b> + Structures : </b>go straight ahead, turn right/ left.

directions more fluently, let’
study period 2 of Unit 8.
<b>II. Pre-practice</b>:
- Teaches the new words
- Gives the pictures of some
places and ask like this:
*What is it?
*Where is the bank?
- Corrects the mistakes if
necessary.
- Has the ss read them.
- Checks the understanding of
new words.
- Shows the picture again and
ask:

<b>III. Controlled –practice</b>:
- Asks the ss to listen & repeat
the dialogue
- Reads the dialogue then has
them practice in pairs.
- Asks the ss to practice asking
and answering some places which
are shown
