Each developed country requires us to have a certain level of English, and

become a compulsory subject in many languages. So the challenge is how to
have a good, high-quality, and effective English learning to use fluent grammar
structures to meet this demand. The student not only perfected himself in terms
of professional qualification but also had to change and apply methods of
teaching from the viewpoint of innovation, today's teaching methods aim to
develop students'creative dynamics in order to create the ability to recognize and
solve their problems. In this foreign language, these innovative orientations It is
increasingly true that no one is substituting learners for the grasp of their own
abilities. Communication is the ultimate product of teaching and learning to
advance in today's schools. But in order to communicate well with you, besides
the skills: Listening, speaking and reading, an important factor is English
grammar. By grammar, adhesive is important. But now a reality is happening at
my school where students learn to be afraid to learn grammar. Especially the
sixth grade students - the thing that has to be remembered is that they have
difficulty learning grammar - the first grammatical unit in important
grammatical topics stretches. Throughout the curriculum I found that sixth
graders are having a hard time dealing with exercises such as verbal conjugation

structured and vocabulary learning method.. English is hard to study with

Many children do not speak fluently, it is difficult to learn more English.
- They are not aware of the importance of the subject and foreign

are not fluent. So they are depressed.

Based on the above statistics, it can be seen that the proportion of students
who are weak is quite high. This proves that students are not able to
communicate in English on a basic level. They have not fully developed the
positive effort in learning and the ability to think creatively.
Their ability to pronounce is limited, due to rural students. They are not
eager to learn. Therefore, in the process of implementation, there are many
obstacles for teachers as well as learners. In general, the quality of the topic is not
high in learning the skills. Teachers do not assign the students well to prepare the
contents of the discussion. Students do not prepare the lesson before class, so it
takes time to discuss. Therefore, in the time limit of a class, teachers can not go in
depth to guide students to thoroughly analyze the content of each group.
Some students also rely on the group to not actively discuss. From that
fact, as a person teaching English directly, I have tried to work out ways to
promote students' activeness in group discussions to achieve the goal of teaching
hours.
2.3. The solution to solve the problem.
Solution 1: Inspire students right from the beginning of the lesson by
using group work
The method of excitement is an extremely important task to meet the
needs of program and textbook innovation and to gradually improve the quality
of teaching and learning English. Modern teaching reasoning is a factor. Not

2.4. Effect of ideas
After a session proceed to apply the above mentioned teaching methods,
I've tracked and surveyed the quality of student learning about the present
simple tense of Xuan Phuc secondary school and obtained a relatively

A long time ago , In english lessons mostly only teachers talk and
students hear, about 5% of children and speak English boldly and it is very
difficult to organize pair work, groupwork and discussions, the number of
average points for the oral test are about 35% -40% and most students speak
intonation improperly.
For class 6 that I taught, in the 2019-2020 school year before applying
group work practicing tricks to practice 4 skills. The result is only about 40% of
children can read English and very few students can read fluently with correct
intonation, 70% of children do not know, not remember the meaning of the
words. After applying pronunciation practice tricks to teach structures in the
lessons, the results have been improved and checkpoints mouth quality (oral
test) has been also raised. Particular results of class 6 has got 80% of above
average points, good points rose to 10 -15%. And after a period of applying
pronunciation practice tricks continuously their speaking ability have been
better. The quality of the written test, listening and reading test has been
improved considerably: Class 6: 91% above average. 80% of students in class 8
can read learned lessons proficiently, pupils can speak and write Eghlish very
well. In the lessons, students are getting more boldly, excited and reflex more

quickly when being asked or switch to the kinds of exercises, they become more
enthusiastic and confident as well as know how to comment and correct myself
and you friends.
In comparision with the result at the beginning, it can be said that this
result has improved a lot. Moreover, by using these solutions, students are more
interested in learning. They are always ready to receive every lesson with the
highest excitement. This also help the teacher feel excited in teaching as well as
finding new methods to help students learn a foreign language better and better.
3. CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
3.1. Conclusion
After 10 years of teaching as well as applying the subject, I can draw
some following experience:
a) For the teacher:
For any other subject, the teachers also need to create excitement for the
children at the beginning and especially have to guide them to self-study
because time in each period is only limited within 45 minutes. Intelligent
students only try to remember the main knowledge. Want to study well, they
have to spend time self-learning and researching as well as reviewing lessons at
home.
Study time at home is primary but many students do not have
consciousness, and especially do not know how to learn themselves. Therefore
every teacher should stimulate, motivate and guide them to learn. Having done
this task, teachers were successful in their teaching.
Especially while performing this topic, teachers also need to be noted:
- Need to specify the tasks for each group, guide the tasks of each group,
each individual student clearly, easily to understand
- Teachers should act as a guide, always help students, help them answer
questions whenever they need.
b) For the students.
- Each individual should actively participate in the group that he had been
assigned, actively carry out his duties.
- Must be united with other members in his group and specially must have
passion for the subject.

3.2. Recommendation
In addition to training in teaching methods by the Thanh Hoa Department
of Education and Training held annually,Nhu Thanh education and training
sector need to organize training sessions, thematic teachingsto help English
teachers in our district have an opportunity to learn, exchange experiences with
each other.
I also strongly contributed to the relevant authorities with some comments:
- Program of grades has been experimented and is close to the actual
content that suit to each grade but in my opinion the relevant departments should
incorporate more so that teachers have appropriate equipment. For example, tape
and disks illustrating reading, listening texts move to all schools a lot but we
have not effectively use them : small voice, voice intonation is not shown by
native speakers.
- There should be trainings and documentation to conduct teachers of
lexical tone, intonation practice technique ....
I would be sincerely grateful to the Administration, Foreign Language
groups who have encouraged, motivated and helped me complete my experience
initiatives.
With the rapid pace of development in harmony with the development of
the whole society, teaching methods are constantly changing accordingly.
As a teacher who has been teaching for many years, I find myself always
missing out on new information. Particularly well-prepared materials for the
students, on the school side should have good facilities, full visual supplies,
vivid pictures so teachers have time to invest in new initiatives and preparation
for more effective teaching. I am looking forward to the interest of the district's
