New Exchange System Manager Features
Internet Mail Wizard
From Exchange 2003’s System Manager console, right-click on your
Organization and choose "Internet Mail Wizard" option to set up the server for
Internet Mail.

Real-Time Black Lists; Inbound SMTP Recipient Filtering for Individual
Users; Inbound SMTP Recipient Filtering for Users in the Directory
Right-click on Message Delivery in Exchange System Manager, under Global
Settings and pull up Properties.

Under Global Settings, right-click on Mobile Services and pull up Properties:

New Details and Address templates
New templates are: Bulgarian, Catalan, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and
Serbian.
In Exchange System Manager, under Recipients, click on Details Templates
and Address Templates to see new language templates.
Ability to add SMTP addresses to mixed Administrative Group policy
View Properties of any mixed Administrative Group (site) policy in Exchange
System Manager (those policies will always have the highest priority and a
filter based on legacyExchangeDN). On E-mail Addresses tab, the New button
is available and additional SMTP addresses can be added:
Exchange 2003 Standard Server can be made a Front End server
Pull up Properties of the Exchange 2003 standard server in Exchange System
Manager. On the General tab, notice the “This is a front-end server” checkbox:

additional information about servers in the right pane:

Mailboxes object - more details on Logons
Under the Mailbox Store object in Exchange System Manager, click on Logons.
In the right pane, you will see more detailed information about accounts that
have logged on to mailboxes. Additional fields can be viewed by going to View
> Add/Remove Columns:

Server properties - can change the tracking log file path
Right-click and pull up properties of Exchange 2003 in Exchange System
Manager. The General tab shows the path to message tracking logs:
