General Information
Project Summary
L’objectif général du programme UE-ACP d'appui aux industries culturelles des pays ACP
est de contribuer à la réduction de la pauvreté et au développement durable par la
promotion d’un environnement favorable à la création et la consolidation de
l’indépendance et de la viabilité du secteur culturel dans les États ACP, leurs valeurs
culturelles fondamentales et leur diversité. L'objectif spécifique du programme est de
renforcer les capacités des décideurs politiques, des acteurs culturels et de certaines filières
des industries culturelles des pays ACP.
Le contrat de services unique consistera de deux composantes:
1. L'Observatoire culturel ACP permettra de recueillir les informations, de les analyser et
structurer, de les mettre à la disposition des États ACP et de leurs opérateurs culturels et
d’appuyer leur mise en réseau.
2. L’Unité de Gestion du Programme aura entre autres comme tâches la fourniture d’une
expertise thématique, la préparation et l’accompagnement de l'appel à propositions,
l’analyse des dossiers, la préparation et le suivi des contrats de subvention, l’analyse des
rapports, la gestion du budget « information et communication » du programme et des
activités de coordination et de promotion.
