WARM – UP: (5’) Remind the prepositions: on the left/right (of), in the middle (of), in the corner (of), next to, in the center of - Ask students to read the prepositions and give - Read chorally and give examples. some examples. 2. PRE- READING: (10’) - Ask students to look at the picture on the page 47. - Ask questions: Where are the math books? They are on the shelves on the left. - Use other structures to ask about the positions of the books. a. Where can I find the math books? b. Do you have the math books here?  They are on the shelves on the left. - Ask students practice asking and answering about the positions of other books on the shelves, using the structures above. - Call students to practice before the class. - Ask students to look at the model of the library in part 3 / p. 48. - Have students work in groups to guess the positions of the racks and shelves of books in the picture. - Call some students to give prediction. - Explain the new word: + Study area (n) + Librarian’s desk (n) + Together + Center (n) + In the center of + To keep ….. together - Play the tape for students. - Call students to give feedback. - Correct mistakes if necessary, and give the correct answers. 1.
