Cách làm

I. To kt ni vi Broadband Connection.
1. LogOn nh ngi qun tr
2. T Start menu chn Control Panel
3. Trong ca s Control Panel, trong Category view, click Network And Internet
Connections
4. Trong ca s Network And Internet Connections, click Network Connections
5. Trong ca s Network Connections, trong khung Network Tasks, click Create A
Connection.
6. Trong trang New Connection Wizard, trên trang Welcome, click Next
7. Trong trang Network Connection Type click Connect To The Internet, click
Next

8. Trong trang Getting Ready, chn Setup My Connection Manually và click Next
9. Trong trang Internet Connection, chn Connect Using A BroadBand Connection
That Is Always On và click Next
10. Trong trang Completing The New Connection Wizard, click Finish
II. To Kt ni thông qua Proxy Server.
1. T Start menu chn Internet Explorer
2. Trong trang Internet Explorer, t menu Tool chn Internet Options.
3. Trong trang Internet Options, trong tab Connections, click LAN Settings.
4. Trong hp tho
i Local Area Network (LAN) chn Use A Proxy Server For Your
LAN (These Settings Will Not Apply To Dia-up Or VPN Connections).
5. Trong khung Address đánh đa ch ca Proxy Server và đánh s Port mà dch v
Proxy chy trên Server trong khung Port nh bên di.

III. Bo mt Internet.
1. Trong hp thoi Internet Options, trên tab Security chn Internet và click Default
Level.
2. Chn Local Intranet, click Default Level và lp li cho Trusted Sites and
Restricted Sites.
3. Trong trang Trusted Sites, click Custom Level
4. Trong hp thoi Security Settings, kéo thanh trt xung cho ti khi gp dòng
Use Pop-Up Blocker.
5. Click OK
6. Trong hp thoi Internet Options click Sites.
7. Trong hp thoi Trusted Sites, trong khung Add This Web Site To The Zone,

nhp vào đi ch ta tin cy nh: https:// ww.contoso.com click vào Add ri click
OK
8. Trong Internet Options, chn Internet và click Custom Level.
9. Trong hp thoi Security Settings, di Run ActiveX Controls And Plug-Ins,
chn là Prompt nh hình bên d
i, click OK

10. Trong hp thoi cnh báo, click Yes.
11. Trong Internet Options, click tab Advanced.
12. Trong tab Advanced , trong danh sách Settings di Security chn Do Not Save
Encrypted Pages To Disk nh hình sau.
13. Thoát khi Internet Options.

IV. Duy trì Internet Explorer.
1. Thit đt Cookie Options đ Secure Privacy.
2.1 Trong trang Internet Options, trên tab Privacy, trong phn Settings kéo thanh
trt lên mc High. Lúc này h thng s khóa tt c Cookie.
2.2 Click Advanced.
2.3 Click OK.

2. Xoá nhng tp tin tm (Temporary Files) bng tay.
2.1 Trong trang Internet Options, trên tab General, trong phn Temporary
Internet Files, click Settings
2.2 Trong hp thoi Settings, click View Files
2.3 Trong Folder Temporary Internet Files, t Edit menu chn Select All ri
nhn nút Delete
2.4 Click Yes  hp thoi tip theo đ xác nhn hành đng xoá.
2.5 óng Folder Temporary Internet Files.
3. T
đng xoá nhng tp tin tm thi.
3.1 Trong trang Internet Options, click tab Advanced
3.2 Trong danh sách Settings, di Security, đánh du chn vào ô Empty
Temporary Internet Files Folder When Browser Is Closed.
3.3 Tt c tp tin tm đã đc xoá mt cách t đng.

4. Xoá Cookies.
4.1 Trong trang Internet Options, trên tab General, trong phn Temporary
Internet Files, click Delete Cookies.
4.2 Click Ok trong hp thoi cch báo
4.3 Thoát khi Internet Options.
5. Thay đi thông s Cache (Caching Settings)
5.1 Trong trang Internet Options, trên tab General trong phn Temporary
Internet Files, click Settings
5.2 Trong hp thoi Settings, di Check For Newer Versions Of Stored Pages
chn Every Visit To The Page
5.3 Trong phn Temporary Internet Files Folder, trong khung Amount Of Disk
Space To Use nhp giá tr 250 MB đ ch đnh dung lng dành cho vic
