Why do people often change their job?
There are some reasons why people change their work frequently these days.
First of all, people often quit a job and look for a new one when they are no
longer satisfied with their position. In other words, they want a new job with
higher pay, more supportive employers, more attractive working conditions and
more chances for promotion. In some cases, people have this decision as they
have figured out what their real passion is or they want to challenge their
abilities in a new environment. Besides the availability of jobs in the market is
also a contributing factor. Moreover, some personal events such as getting
married or having children and changing houses also lead to a high turnover rate
(tỷ lệ đổi việc cao). Finally, at different periods, people may have different
