The student who has the suitable card and raises his/her hand first will stand up to show the card and answer with his/her real in formation. Eg. M : How heavy are you ? S : weight : I am 42 kilos. - The group has most correct answers will win the game. * Teaching new words: - forenames, surname (teacher uses one student’ name) “TRAN VAN A: Tran is surname, Van A are Forenames” - male, female: Teacher has students look at two words Male, Female in Medical records in their books (A3/p109): if the name is a girl or a woman, we tick the box of female, if not we tick the box of male. - weight: Hoa is 40 kilos. Her weight is 40 kilos - With each new word, teacher has students listen, repeat(chorally/ individually) and then copy down in their notebooks. * Teacher checks vocabulary : Teacher use questions to check vocabulary -What’s your surname,forenames, weight ? - Name “ Ba”: Do we tick the box of male or female ? - Teacher asks students to read information about Kien in the copies of the medical records first..
