<span class='text_page_counter'>(4)</span> *Sour soup* *Ingredients: -500ml water -Two fresh tomatoes - quartered -One pineapple - cubed -One teaspoon sugar -Two teaspoons pepper -One tablespoon fish sauce -Two fillet of loach -Two small shallots – diced -One chilli - sliced -Twelve stick of taro root - peeled and thinly sliced -10g coriander - finely chopped.

Pour tomatoes, pineapple, taro root, sugar and fish sauce stir-fry until cooked. 3. Pour add 500ml water cook until boiling. 4. Adjust to taste. 5. Pour the sour soup in a bowl, sprinkle chilli and coriander on top..
