needle in working life and is a prerequisite for advancement in the
company. As long as you always keep yourself committed to the
core values of the company, enthusiastically working and serving
the Customers, Promotion opportunities are up to you, not your
bosses.
=> This makes the equal wages between men and women in this
company limited, but the implementation is still difficult due to
the gap in professional skills between men and women. female.
Because the recruitment process for male and female employees
is also different, while female employees are recruited somewhat
easier than for male employees.
In the training process:
Mobile World has Before - In training courses for all employees
working at the company. Not only help employees improve their
working skills and skills, but also life skills, spirit and life values.
The company not only stops at traditional learning methods, but
also applies new content and methods - fashionable - in
accordance with the needs of learners. The point is that these
training courses are completely Free and privileged "for internal
only".
=> This contributes to improve the salary balance between
different genders in the same workplace. All sexes will benefit
from the same training. But the consideration of salary bonus is
still based on the skills and expertise of each person.
2.5 What did you aim to achieve through your work?
In this research project I have achieved project aims and
Objectives for a chosen scenario, Produce a project management
plan that covers aspects of cost, scope, time, quality,
communication, risk and resources. Also have Produce a work
breakdown structure and a Gantt Chart to provide timeframes and
stages for completion. Moreover, I have conduct small-scale
research, information gathering and data collection to generate
knowledge to support the project.
2.6 Did your work succeed in which your aims? How do you
know?
The goal of this project is to examine the effect and disparity of
care on both men and women in the business world. The project
explores the world of organizational gender differences between
men and women and organizational differences. More specifically,
in the working environment of The Mobile World, this distinction
is clearly and profoundly expressed.
Realization such as creating a survey to gather 50 comments from
Mobile World employees in 3 days as expected has gathered a
sufficient number of surveys. In addition, the job structure is
clearly and specifically divided and is clearly shown and takes
place in accordance with the work division process. The Grant
chart is also arranged in the correct order of work to be
implemented in the initial set time period. The project
implementation has had certain success for Mobile World to
consider and change the salary and bonus policy for employees
here.
2.7 What aspects of your development process do you think
worked well and why?
I think aspects of the project work as well as the initial research on
sex-based wage discrimination in men and women is very frequent
in today's society. The thought of the project begins to do research
to clarify these issues. In addition, developing the concept of
gender discrimination is a phrase that is interested and directed by
the society, more deeply it is that in the same working
environment, such situations always happen, while men With
women doing the same job, most of men pay higher than women.
For everyone in an organization, paving the way for gender
equality and fair pay, the benefits and incentives will greatly affect
the interests of the company, the recruitment and retention of
talents will be effective. During the project development process,
the departments have cooperated well with each other to support
and research with the project management department.
2.8 What problems emerged during the project and how were
they tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and
resolution during the project process?
The problem discovered in the project is that the calculation of
costs has a difference from reality, because there have been
arising during the project such as meals, transportation, surveys,
etc lead to the difference in the original fee.
This issue has been resolved in a timely manner because the
finance department has received comments and supported the
project department with financial resources to continue
implementing the project according to the original schedule and
schedule.
2.9 What did you learn from undertaking the project?
Helps me feel like a task manager, tracking and monitoring the
work completion progress not only of individuals but also of a
group of employees in the implementation of this project.
Managerial supporters can easily identify the jobs related to each
employee under their command that they need to focus on closely
and promptly adjust.
2.10
What are the strengths and weaknesses of your process
that you have identified?
The strength in that process is that the project implementation has
established clear and specific timelines, the work order must be
done in a certain time period. The management tools have also
been applied and implemented effectively. However, in the project
implementation process, there are still limitations in human
resources, in a short time a person has to perform many different
jobs, leading to errors and shortcomings in the development
process and project implementation.
2.11
How could your process improve for the future?
In order for the process to be improved in the future, the thing to
do is to equip with the necessary knowledge to manage the
project, in addition to apply the appropriate project management
tools depending on the project, Using the right people for the right
jobs to increase the efficiency of the work, improve the quality of
the project by making assumptions for situations that occur during
the project. Set specific timelines to avoid delays in execution. The
goals set at the beginning and the end of the project must be
achieved.
3. Communicate appropriate recommendations for research and
data analysis to draw valid and meaningful conclusions.
Recommendations :
The context of the future labor market becomes more complicated
when there are major changes due to population aging,
technological advances, climate change and the increase of nonstandard jobs in the region. . To prepare for these challenges, the
key factor is to solve the problem of gender inequality. Gender
equality is a victory for all. In Viet Nam, although the labor force
participation rate of women is relatively high, there have been
signs of slowing down recently and the gender gap still exists.
Evidence shows that women's participation in technology-related
fields is lower than that of men. Meanwhile, the proportion of
women working in the informal economy and in vulnerable jobs is
still quite high.
4. Reflect the value of research to meet the stated and learning
goals and their performance.
Through the data collected from this project, I have seen how the
importance of employee salaries clearly affects the development
of the company. A fair environment between men and women,
fairness is an important factor to push the company forward.
Attitude and all other factors are also important. The salary-based
bonus regime will stimulate every employee regardless of whether
men or women will strive to develop themselves for personal
benefits in particular or for the company in general. Whether a
company thrives or not depends on the fairness between any
profession or individual at work. I believe in this report, I have
completed all the research elements and the questions and
answers that follow to successfully complete this project.
