feel lost and tired. I can sit all day in my room and draw whatever I want. Painting
helps me relieve stress and love life more. Seeing the different vibrant colors
makes me feel like my life – filled with color. Painting is a part of me.

PART III. WRITING
Write an essay about 500 words or more to discuss the following topic: What
would you do to create the comfort to work for your employees if you were a
manager in a company?
To survive, develop and win in the fierce competition in the market,
enterprises are always looking to improve their labor capacity and business
efficiency. Therefore, as a leader and manager, it is imperative to understand the
psychology and desires of employees in your organization. Therefore, the issue of
creating motivation for employees is increasingly concerned in enterprises in our
country today. As a business manager, I would like to give my points on the issues
that create motivation and comfort for my employees with the following solutions.

One of the possible solutions is to praise and say encouraging words to
workers who perform well on their jobs. If this is done, those who have already
given satisfying results for their jobs will feel more confident and put effort into
their next work task. In addition, many other employees in the company will feel
more challenging and work harder to perfsorm well as their colleagues.
Another effective way is to reduce the working hours of employees. Most
people are under pressure and stressed due to long working hours, which causes
their productivity to decline. It is strongly believed that workers will work harder to
increase their work output if they have sufficient time to relax and less stress.
7

In addition, it is necessary to ensure that employees are fully paid,
providing they have a salary that is suitable for their dedication to the
business. Enterprises should apply time-based salary work associated with
business results to encourage employees to try and improve the quality of
work. In summary, salary and bonus are a strong motivation for employees.
Another effective solution is to boost employee morale through
extracurricular activities. Getting bored with your current job after a long time
working is inevitable. At this time, the cohesion between employees is one solution
that motivates employees that are often focused on and applied by businesses.
Businesses can organize parties, travel, and extracurricular activities to interact
and understand each other better. From there, create cohesion with each other at
work. If employees can play and chat together, it will help their spirit be
comfortable and help them quickly contact each other at work. In many companies,
the relationship between colleagues is also a problem that is not easy to solve.
When going out, eating together, people have time to relax and chat more easily.

One of the ways to boost morale and motivate employees cannot be

ignored is to build responsibility for employees. Let them see their role in the
work. If they don't, how will it affect everyone? Only then will the employees
have a sense of self-discipline and responsibility in their work.
The last but not the least solution is to create a strong bond within a
company. Generally, unity is regarded as an extremely important factor if
people want to achieve something. Furthermore, people seem to work harder
and do better in a peaceful working atmosphere, and there is no argument
between staff or the employer.
For businesses, human is a significant input cost for the development strategy
of the company. Thus, for their businesses to survive and develop with the
8

current market economy, managers must know how to exploit and use their
companies' human resources properly. To influence and use human
resources rationally and effectively, it is necessary to satisfy the needs of
material and spiritual benefits for employees. In other words, it is essential to
have measures to motivate employees at work. To stimulate materially and
spiritually, employees can fully play their internal resources at work and bring
the highest profits to the enterprise.
