I. Objectives
1. Knowledge: after the lesson, students will be able to talk abuot diet and
good healthy habits. They can also decrible health and the reason
2.Skills: develop four skill
- Vocabulary: balanced, diet, affect, moderate, amount, energy, bodybuilding food, dairy product, cereal, lifestyle.
- Grammar: simple past tense.

3.Attitude: students will be educated to talk abuot the healthy problem.
