1. Nghề cao q
Cơng bằng mà nói, nghề nào cũng đáng quý, xã hội phân công mỗi người một việc.
Nhưng nghề giáo thời nào cũng được xã hội tôn vinh, vì đó là nghề giáo dục và đào
tạo con người thành người có tri thức, đạo đức, kỹ năng nghề nghiệp.
Vì sao học sinh, phụ huynh kính trọng người thầy? Vì mục tiêu của người thầy là
giáo dục học sinh nên người, trưởng thành, đó cũng là kỳ vọng của phụ huynh và
học sinh. Mục tiêu của người thầy giáo, mục tiêu của xã hội và mục tiêu của phụ
huynh, học sinh luôn thống nhất với nhau. Theo tôi, đây chính là lý do nghề giáo
được xã hội coi trọng, tơn vinh.
Khó có thể nói cho cùng ý nghĩa nghề nghiệp của nghề giáo, nhưng sâu sắc hơn cả là
nhận định của Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh về vị trí của “thầy giáo tốt”: “Người thầy giáo
tốt - thầy giáo xứng đáng là thầy giáo - là người vẻ vang nhất. Dù là tên tuổi không
đăng trên báo, không được thưởng huân chương, song những người thầy giáo tốt là
những anh hùng vô danh”.
2. Sự đam mê
Theo tôi, nghề giáo khơng chỉ là nghề nghiệp, đó cịn là sự đam mê. Mặt bằng thu
nhập của nghề giáo không cao so với nhiều nghề khác nhưng nhiều người vẫn chọn
nghề giáo. Nhiều thầy cơ giáo có thể tìm việc làm khác có thu nhập khá hơn nhưng
họ vẫn gắn bó với nghề vì u thích, đam mê nghề giáo. Khơng phải là tất cả, nhưng
nhìn chung, ai đã làm nghề giáo thì khó mà chuyển sang nghề khác vì đã “dun nợ”
với cái nghiệp nhà giáo. Sống với nghề, gắn bó với nghề, đem tri thức đến học trò,
truyền cho các em niềm tin khoa học và niềm tin vào lẽ sống, vào tương lai. Sứ
mệnh cao cả ấy là niềm vinh quang của nhà giáo.
3. Không ngừng học tập

Henry Ford từng nói: “Ngừng học tập chúng ta sẽ già đi, dù chúng ta 20 hay 80 tuổi.
Ai không ngừng học tập sẽ trẻ mãi. Điều vĩ đại nhất trong đời là giữ cho tâm hồn
mình được trẻ trung”. Ai làm nghề giáo sẽ có diễm phúc đó, vì cịn dạy thì cịn phải
học. Muốn học sinh “học một biết mười” thì người thầy phải “học mười dạy một”
(muốn “dạy một” phải “học mười”). Nhà sư phạm Gi-nơ-vi-ep từng nói: “Để cung
cấp cho người học một hạt nhỏ hào quang kiến thức, người thầy giáo phải uống cạn
một biển cả ánh sáng”. Đúng vậy, nhà giáo phải không ngừng học tập, học tập suốt
đời, điều đó tạo nên niềm vui trí tuệ của nhà giáo.
4. Tâm hồn trẻ trung
Môi trường làm việc nhà giáo có đặc thù riêng, họ ln tiếp xúc với giới trẻ, hoặc là
tuổi thơ hồn nhiên, hoặc là tuổi mới lớn, hoặc là tuổi thanh niên trưởng thành. Tiếp
xúc với học trò, những con người rất trẻ trung, trẻ trung không chỉ ở tuổi tác mà ở
tâm hồn, phong cách.
Những câu chuyện hồn nhiên, ngây ngô của tuổi học trị đơi khi cũng là sự thú vị mà
những người trong nghề mới chứng kiến. Một học sinh lớp 1 ngây thơ thưa với cô
giáo rằng: “Thưa cô, cơ cho em mượn cây bút của cơ, vì cây bút của em chọn toàn
đáp án sai!”. Một thầy giáo trung học nhận quà sinh nhật của một nhóm học sinh nữ,


món quà nhỏ là cái... dao cạo râu cùng tấm thiệp ghi lời chúc: “Chúc thầy luôn đẹp
trai và trẻ mãi. Chúng em nghĩ món quà này có ý nghĩa với thầy!”.
Trong đời dạy học của mình, mỗi thầy cơ giáo đều có bao nhiêu câu chuyện hồn
nhiên, dễ thương như thế về học trị của mình.
Những gương mặt trẻ trung, những đơi mắt sáng, những câu nói hồn nhiên, những
tiếng cười rộn rã, những cử chỉ nhí nhảnh, những trò tinh nghịch... của các em đã
làm cho các thầy cơ giáo thấy mình trẻ trung theo, sống “hồn nhiên” vui vẻ hơn,
“quên” đi tuổi tác của mình.
5. Làm chủ cơng việc
Nghề giáo cũng có những áp lực cơng việc nhất định, nhưng công việc của họ khá
độc lập. Soạn bài, giảng bài, kiểm tra, chấm bài, theo dõi uốn nắn, giáo dục học trò

và họp hành, làm hồ sơ sổ sách... là những cơng việc mang tính chun mơn cá
nhân. Việc ai nấy làm, miễn sao trò học ngoan, hiểu bài, phụ huynh không phàn nàn
là được. Nhiều nhà giáo chọn cách sống an phận (theo nghĩa tích cực), họ làm tốt
cơng việc của mình, làm đúng nhiệm vụ của người thầy, ứng xử đúng mực với đồng
nghiệp, học sinh và phụ huynh, không tranh đua giành giật với ai... Chỉ thế thơi họ
sẽ có cuộc sống bình n, không cần xu nịnh ai, không sợ ai trù dập. Nhà giáo hồn
tồn làm chủ cơng việc của mình bằng cái tâm của người thầy.
6. Sống mẫu mực
Với tôi, bản thân sẽ “tệ” hơn rất nhiều nếu tôi không làm nghề giáo. Cũng như tất cả
thầy cô giáo khác, đặc thù nghề nghiệp luôn nhắc tôi phải sống mẫu mực, phải làm
gương cho học sinh. Đành rằng người thầy giáo cũng là con người, cũng “hỉ, nộ, ái,
ố”, trong công việc, cuộc sống cũng có lúc bất bình, bực tức, giận hờn... nhưng vị trí
nghề nghiệp buộc họ phải kiềm chế, hết sức kiềm chế. Trước những cám dỗ của tiền
tài danh vị, họ phải biết giữ mình. Tơi nói thật, làm nghề giáo, người thầy phải biết
hạ cái tôi mình xuống. Lối sống huênh hoang, cao ngạo, tự đắc, hiếu thắng, vị kỷ...
hoàn toàn xa lạ với nghề này.
Nghề giáo chọn người mẫu mực. Ai chọn nghề giáo chỉ có thể sống mẫu mực, nếu
khơng sớm muộn gì cũng bị nghề đào thải.
7. Mỗi năm lại có ngày hội của nghề
Mỗi năm vào dịp 20/11, các thầy cô giáo càng ấm lịng hơn trước sự tơn vinh của xã
hội. Những đóa hoa tươi thắm, những lời chúc mừng, những tin nhắn... Và đặc biệt,
những giai điệu thiết tha, sâu lắng từ những ca khúc “Bụi phấn”, “Người thầy”, “Bài
học đầu tiên”... ngân vang trong ngày hiến chương và trong lịng mỗi thầy cơ giáo.
Trong khơng khí ngày hội của nghề, lịng người thầy rất vui, một niềm vui xơn xao
khó tả. Mỗi dịp 20/11 về, niềm vui của người thầy như được nhân lên, còn nỗi buồn,
niềm trăn trở thì vơi đi hoặc tan biến vào miền xa xơi, diệu vợi để họ tiếp tục gắn bó
với nghề.
Mỗi người có một ước mơ riêng của mình. Ước mơ là hoài bão , khát vọng, điều tốt
đẹp mà mỗi người chúng ta đều muốn đạt được. Ước mơ không phải để ấp ủ,mà là

để thực hiện! Đó là điều em đã đúc kết được qua những trang sách và qua những gì
em được mắt thấy tai nghe từ cuộc sống xung quanh. Ước mơ của các bạn là gì nào?
Riêng em, em muốn trở thành một giáo viên giỏi.Bởi vì giáo viên là những người đã
đem lại cho em thành công như ngày hôm nay
Giáo viên là người cung cấp tri thức, là người dẫn dắt học trò bước đi trên con
đường dẫn đến thành cơng. Khơng phải vì có q nhiều nghề, không biết chọn nghề
nào mà em chọn nghề giáo viên. Điều gì cũng có lí do, ngun nhân của nó.
Một giáo viên tốt sẽ đào tạo ra được những học sinh tốt và ngược lại. Nhưng để làm
được điều đó khơng phải đơn giản, địi hỏi phải trải qua một q trình rèn luyện lâu
dài. Đã từng có những giáo viên đào tạo ra những nhân tài cho đất nước và em cũng
muốn là một trong những người đó. Giáo viên là một nghề rất đáng quý và mang
nhiều tư tưởng cao đẹp. Đã làm một giáo viên thì phải biết làm việc hết mình vì một
thế hệ trẻ ngày mai. Vì thế em mong ước trở thành một giáo viên một ngày khơng
xa.
Người ta thường nói người thầy giáo như người lái đị chở khách sang sơng. Khi một
năm học kết thúc là chuyến đị cập bến. Có lẽ trong chuyến đị đó đã có biết bao điều
thú vị. Cũng như trong cuộc sống này, có bao nhiêu khó khăn thử thách mà các em
phải vượt qua, thầy cô ln chèo lái con đị để học sinh thân u của mình vượt qua
cập bến cảng tri thức trong niềm vui.
Khi đã đi theo nghề dạy học là chấp nhận sự thiệt thịi và hi sinh, đơi khi là sự phũ
phàng của cuộc sống, nên người thầy còn phải giàu lịng vị tha, cao thường thì mới
có thể tồn tại trong nghề được, mới là “kỹ sư tâm hồn” được.
Trong xã hội hiện nay, cơ chế thị trường có những mặt tốt, mặt xấu của nó chi phối
mọi mặt trong đời sống mỗi con người, đặc biệt là thái độ và nhận thức của học sinh
hiện nay chúng ta càng phải nổ lực hơn nữa để chung tay với xã hội cùng nhau đưa
đất nước mình phát triển hơn sánh vai với các cường quốc năm châu và cũng để cho
mình tự hào, hạnh phúc , lại thấy yêu thêm nghề dạy học mà mình đã chọn. Và xin
khép lại bài viết bằng mấy câu thơ:
“Có nghề nào hạnh phúc đến thế chăng?

Nghề mình đó với bảng đen phấn trắng,
Gieo yêu thương vào tâm hồn trong trắng,
Mang đến cho đời nhiều hoa trái ngát hương.”

Each person has a dream of his own. Dreams are ambitions, aspirations, good
things that every one of us wants to achieve. Dreams are not for cherishing, but for
fulfillment! That's what I have learned through the pages of the book and through
what I have seen from the life around me. What are your dreams? For me, I want to
be a good teacher. Because teachers are the ones who have brought me success like
today.
The teacher is the knowledge provider, who leads the student to walk on the path to
success. Not because there are so many professions, do not know which profession
you choose to be a teacher. What also has a reason, its cause.
A good teacher will train good students and vice versa. But to do that is not simple,
requires a long training process. There have been teachers who create talents for the
country and I also want to be one of them. Teachers are a very valuable profession
and have many beautiful thoughts. Being a teacher must know how to work hard for
a young generation tomorrow. So I wish to become a teacher one day.
The reason why many people today might decide to become a teacher is a sad one:
landing a steady job after many failures in many other occupations. Also, many
people are drawn by a job that most people think of as very easy. In Mexico, most
teachers took on this profession out of the financial benefits and the fact that their
jobs are protected by mafia-like unions.

However, the reasons why a person should commit to this noble occupation are:
1. Noble profession
To be fair, any job is worthwhile, society assigns one job at a time. But the
profession is always glorified by the society, because it is a profession to
educate and train people into people with knowledge, ethics and professional
skills.
Why do students and parents respect teachers? Because the goal of the teacher is
to educate the students, the people and adults are also expectations of parents
and students. The goal of the teacher, the goal of society and the goals of
parents, students are always united. In my opinion, this is the reason why
teachers are respected and honored by society.
It is difficult to say for the same career meaning of the profession, but the most
profound is that of President Ho Chi Minh on the position of "good teacher":
"Good teacher - teacher deserves to be a teacher The teacher - is the most
glorious person. Although the name is not published in the newspaper, it is not
awarded medals, but good teachers are anonymous heroes. "
2. Passion
In my opinion, teaching is not only a career, it is also a passion. The income of
teachers is not high compared to many other professions, but many still choose


teachers. Many teachers can find other jobs with better income but they still
stick with the profession because of love and passion for teachers. It is not all,
but in general, it is difficult for anyone who has been a teacher to move to
another profession because he has a "debt" with a teacher. Living with careers,
sticking to careers, bringing knowledge to students, giving them scientific
beliefs and beliefs in life, into the future. That noble mission is the teacher's
glory.
3. Do not stop learning
Henry Ford once said: "Stop learning we will grow old, whether we are 20 or

80 years old. Anyone who keeps learning will stay young forever. The greatest
thing in life is to keep my soul young ”. Those who become teachers will be
blessed, because they still have to teach. Want students to "learn a ten", the
teacher must "learn ten to teach one" (want to "teach one" must "learn ten"). The
monk of Jehovah-ep once said: "In order to provide the learner with a small
particle of aura of knowledge, the teacher must drink a sea of light." Yes,
teachers must constantly study and learn for life, which creates the intellectual
joy of teachers.
4. Young soul
The working environment of teachers has its own characteristics, they are
always in contact with young people, either innocent childhoods, either
teenagers or adolescents. Contact with students, very young and youthful people
not only in age but also in spirit and style.
The innocent, naive stories of the age of students are sometimes interesting that
the people in the new industry witnessed. One of the first grade students
innocently told the teacher, "Miss, you lent me your pen, because my pen chose
the wrong answer!" A high school teacher received a birthday gift from a group
of female students, a small gift was ... a razor and a greeting card wishing him:
"I wish you were always handsome and young forever. We think this gift is
meaningful to you! ”.
In my teaching life, every teacher has so many innocent and cute stories about
his students.
The young faces, bright eyes, innocent sayings, bustling laughter, gentle
gestures, mischievous games ... made your teachers feel young and young.
Follow, live "innocent" happier, "forget" your age.
5. Do the job
The profession also has certain work pressures, but their work is quite
independent. Preparing lessons, lecturing, examining, marking, tracking, pupil
education and meeting, making book records ... are personal professional work.
Everyone does, as long as they learn good, understand the lesson, parents don't

complain. Many teachers choose to live peacefully (in a positive sense), they do
their job well, do the right tasks of the teacher, behave properly with colleagues,
students and parents, not compete for competition. For whom ... Only that they


will have a peaceful life, no need to flatter anyone, fear no one to fight. Teachers
completely own their work with the mind of the teacher.
6. Live exemplary
For me, I will be "much worse" if I don't work as a teacher. Like all teachers,
the career characteristics always remind me to live exemplary, must set an
example for students. It is said that the teacher is also a human being, also
"happy, angry, charitable,", in work, life sometimes has discontent,
exasperation, anger ... but the professional position forces them to be alkaline.

7. Every year there is a festival of careers

honor of society. Fresh flowers, congratulations, messages ... And especially, the
passionate and deep melodies from the songs "Dust chalk", "The teacher", "The
first lesson". .. echoed in the day of the charter and in every teacher. In the
atmosphere of the career of the teacher, the heart of the teacher is very happy, a
stirring joy. On the occasion of November 20, the joy of the teacher is
multiplied, and the sadness, the anxiety and the loss or disappearing into the
remote and marvelous areas so that they continue to stick with the profession.
Because children are the most important thing in the world, and I love them all
unequivocally.

Teaching for me is pure joy, every day.
I become a school teacher because i think this is the right career for me to enhance
my thinking styles as well as to share my idea to others for them also to become a
successful one. To become a teacher you need to be eager to learn with perseverance
and will to do it no matter what.
I became who I am now because of my beloved parents that keep on supporting me
in my studies and also the god that keep on my side to guide me in which i will took
up. I love being a teacher because i feel honored every time I teach my students to
learn and especially if they are willing to learn that’s very overwhelming.
I wanted to make a positive difference in the lives of young people. I wanted to
help them not only to learn new things and become independent learners, but to find
things that bring them joy. I want them to begin to see what it is to be human. To
live in a world that has never been perfect, never even close to it, and still feel awe
when they realize the wonders our species is capable of that somehow transcends the
evil things we have done. We have created art, and writing, and music, and
moments in time that are breathtaking in their beauty, despite of, and sometimes in
response to, our species’ uglier tendencies. I wanted them to see what is noble and


good in our species, and also, what is cruel and corrupt so they can fight it in
themselves and others. I wanted to share with them the things I have learned in life,
sometimes the hard way, so perhaps they do not make the same mistakes. When they
make mistakes, I want them to learn from them rather than beat themselves up to the
point their self worth is nonexistent. Simply put, I wanted to help guide them toward
being a light in this world, and becoming the best version of themselves they could
be.
People often say teachers are like boatmen driving passengers to the river. When
the school year is over, the boat is docked. Perhaps in that boat there were so many
interesting things. Just like in this life, there are so many difficulties and challenges
that you have to overcome, the teachers always drive the boat so that your beloved

students can pass the knowledge port in joy.
When going to the teaching profession is to accept the disadvantage and sacrifice,
sometimes the harshness of life, the teacher must also be rich in altruism and
highness to be able to survive in the new and successful career. is "soul engineer".
In the present society, the market mechanism has good sides, its bad side
dominates every aspect of every human life, especially the attitudes and awareness
of the students today, the more we must strive. more to join hands with society to
bring our country to develop more and more in line with the five great powers and
also to make me proud and happy, and love the teaching profession that I have
