Hull Design & Surface Modeling Program
Autoship
hull design/surface modeling program combines the graphical user interface of Windows with the
dexterity of NURBS (Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline) mathematics, the high-end CAD standard
for surface modeling. Autoship enables you to create any hull shape from a racing yacht to a super
tanker quickly and efficiently.
Hydrostatics and Stability Program
Autohydro
the state of the art hydrostatics/stability program, performs intact and damaged analyses and
produces customized stability reports which are accepted by all major governing approval bodies.
Resistance and Powering Prediction Program
Autopower's
advanced user interface enables optimization of hull parameters based upon twelve independent
resistance and propulsion methods for displacement, semi-displacement, planing hulls, and
catamarans.
Plate Expansion and Management System
Autoplate
performs plate expansion calculations for both developable and non-developable surfaces.
Internal Structural Design Software
Autostructure
is our internal structural modeling program for naval architecture design offices and shipyards. As
an integral software of our CAD/CAM software suite, the starting point of an Autostructure project
is an Autoship *.pr3 file. Designed to work as a single seat installation, or in a multi-user
environment, Autostructure offers the user the ability to design all internal structural components
and track these components through the design, fabrication and construction processes.
Autostructure is a state-of-the-art program that takes advantage of the very latest in programming

technology.
Shipweight
ShipWeight is a software for estimating and monitoring weight and center of gravity for ships. At
an early design stage it is important to be able to efficiently structure and reuse weight data from
previous projects.
Using breakdown structures, ShipWeight divides the ship into weight groups containing
information on weight, center of gravity and other relevant information. To each weight group a
specific formula for estimation of weight is attached.
The ShipWeight system contains two modules, Asbuilt weight and Design weight. In the Asbuilt
module, data from weight take off during construction is structured and stored together with
relevant parameters for the items. When the vessel is complete and the Asbuilt weight is corrected
according to the results from the incling test report, the ship is ready to be exported to the ship
database, containing complete weight and CoG data for all projects.
As well as entering weights for each weight group it is important to enter specific parameters for
that group to obtain the estimation coefficient for use in later estimation.
Some of the ShipWeight features besides general weight/CoG estimation and monitoring are:
Weight distribution curve
Weight distribution data can be exported to file formats for import e.g. to Autoship.
Gyradius key values
Values for roll, pitch and yaw as well as combined motion values
Standard and user defined weight reporting
The user can define a reporting structure, and by tagging weight items reports can be made
according to this structure
Comparing projects
Any project can be compared on a weight group level. Valuable when analyzing the deviation
between estimate and monitoring projects.
Uncertainty and successive calculation
ShipWeight takes uncertainty into account when estimating.
Equipment database
ShipWeight is delivered with an equipment database which the user can edit.

Autoship - специализированный программный комплекс для разработки технических и
рабочих проектов судов, разработанный компанией Autoship Systems Corporation, Канада.
Комплекс состоит из нескольких программных модулей, взаимно использующих
наработанные данные по проекту.
Программный комплекс Autoship используется предприятиями в 50 странах мира.
Программные модули выполнены в едином стиле, имеют удобную систему помощи.
AUTOSHIP - проектирование корпуса и моделирование поверхности. Обеспечивает 3D
моделирование поверхности корпуса судна любого типа, генерацию поверхностей и
возможность экспортирования сглаженной поверхности, измерение 20 гидростатических
параметров.
AUTOYACHT - проектирование корпуса и инструменты моделирования поверхности для
проектировщиков яхт. Модуль включает в себя все возможности модуля Autoship, дополняя
себя некоторыми функциональными особенностями с учетом специфики проектирования
яхт.
AUTOHYDRO - гидростатические расчеты и расчеты остойчивости судна. Модуль
позволяет имитировать движение судна в различных условиях и получить различные
отчеты, например, конфигурация погрузки, ситуация повреждения, сопротивление. Также
модуль может использоваться для получения характеристик формы корпуса и мощности.
Autohydro вычисляет данные об использовании цистерн, грузовых трюмов и других мест в
различных состояниях (нормальном, поврежденном, в условиях обледенения и т.д.). Также
обрабатывается ситуация поворота на высокой скорости и др. Вся полученная информация
отображается графически или в текстовом виде.
AUTOPOWER - расчеты сопротивления и предварительный анализ силовой установки.
Модуль проводит расчеты по оптимизации параметров корпуса и вычислению требуемой
мощности движителя, основанных на 12 независимых сопротивлениях и методах движения
при различных водоизмещениях.
AUTOBUILD - проектирование внутренней структуры корпуса судна.
AUTOPLATE - определение листов наружной обшивки корпуса судна.
AUTONC - генерация управляющих программ для машин резки с ЧПУ в различных

форматах. Модуль имеет возможность автоматического раскроя. Для фрезерной обработки
модуль имеет дополнительные возможности, учитывающие работу с 3D поверхностями.
Все модули имеют возможность передачи данных в различных форматах, таких, как DXF и
IGES.

Thưa với tất cả các pác. Em là người rất mê các phần mềm tin hoc. Đặc biệt
là Autoship + Shipconstructor. Em đã có kinh nghiệm 1 năm thực tế làm
việc tại nhà máy đóng tàu. Còn về khả năng sử dụng AutoShip +
Shipconstructor thì đạt 50%. Nay rất cần 1 sư phụ giỏi đào tạo thêm về lĩnh
vực này. Nếu được xin liên hệ Sdd:01695061372.( chấp nhận làm với mức
lương thấp hoặc không có).
