A. GRAMMAR

I/ Tenses:
1. The present simple tense( Thì hiện tại đơn )
S + is /am /are + O

- Diễn tả một sự việc ở hiện tại, thói quen ,
- Diễn tả sự thật , các hiện tượng tự nhiên

2. The present progressive tense( Thì hiện tại tiếp diễn )

Adv: now , at the present , at the moment
- Diễn tả một sự việc đang diễn ra hoặc sẽ diễn ra trong tương lai gần
- Dùng với động từ “get/ become” chỉ sự thay đổi
3. The future simple tense :

- Diễn tả một sự việc trong tương lai
4. The past simple tense ( Thì hiện tại đơn)

Adv : yesterday , last week , last Sunday , ago , in 2007 .....
- Diễn tả sự việc đã xảy ra và kết thúc ở quá khứ
5 .The present perfect tense ( Thì hiện tại hoàn thành )

Adv: since, for

-Diễn tả hành động đã xảy ra và còn kéo dài đến hiện tại hoặc tương lai
6. Near future :Be going to (Tương lai gần )

II. Modal verbs (động từ khiếm khuyết).
S + can/could/ought to/must/ have to/ has to +V1 + O.
III. Comparison:
A/ Possite degree: (so sánh bằng )
S1 + be (not) + as + adj + as + S2.
S1 + V(not) the same as + S2.
S1 + V + different from + S2.
-So sánh giữa hai đối tượng , khơng phân biệt tính từ ngắn vần hay dài vần
B/ Comparative degree (so sánh hơn )

- Cần xác định tính từ ngắn vần hoặc dài vần
*Short –Adj: là những tính từ một âm tiết

Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union is an organization for Vietnamese youth from 15 to

30 years of age. The Youth Union builds good character, love for the nation, and encourages
good citizenship, soft skills and personal fitness.
the Youth Union was found on March 26th 1931 by the beloved President Ho Chi Minh. It
had different names over the years. One of its first names was “ Vietnam Communist Youth

Alexander Graham Bell was born in 1847 Edinburgh, Scotland. As a boy,Alexander became
interested in sound and speech.

In 1870 Bell decided to emigrate to America . They lived in Boston, where Alexander taught in a
school for the deaf mutes .There he began experimenting with a machine to help the deaf-mutes.
For years, Bell and his assistant, Thomas Watson, worked day and night. Finally, on March 19, 1876
they first introduced the telephone. Bell said on the telephone: “Mr Watson come here , I want you”. This

“ Let’s have picnic lunch in the countryside.” This is easy to say and nice to think about. We
imagine a beautiful green field with a big tree in the middle which give some shade from the sun.
