legislative frameworks and recruitment strategies may empower women and girls. This article aims to engage more utility details about the causes,
impacts, and even the solutions to address the serious issue of gender insensitivity in the workplace, especially in the pay gap between men and
women.
The audience for this article is those women who pay attention to the gender inequality in the pay gap in the workplace. It perfectly complements and

suits our present theme: workplace gender insensitivity. The ideas throughout the article are precious and beneficial. Furthermore, it focuses solely on
the gender wage gap in the workplace, and thus results in gender inequality. Instead of listing all the causes of the gender pay gap between two
genders, the authors gave much helpful information about the facts and ways to deal with the severe gap of gender salary. It is mainly written for
readers who share their attention on gender equality for the payment of women in workplaces. The analysis of these gender differences and
similarities was based on statistics and information from some researchers and studies that have been primarily new and updated since 2019.
Generally speaking, the authors have concluded that gender insensitivity has been a severe issue for several decades now and might exist shortly
