hard to make a single dollar in profit online?

I often see people just like you who are struggling to make a living online. You've got this course and
that course but you just can't seem to make it work. You've dropped two thousand into advertising on
Google but haven't seen a profit.
Maybe you've spent days optimizing your website for the search engines, only for them to ignore your
site totally.

1. Who is an Internet Middleman?
As an Internet Middleman, your job is to find in-demand products and
services at low prices and sell them to prospect looking for them at higher prices.
You may see there are loads of information products out there that are waiting for you to author
it yourself and resell it again. Yes, it works only if you provide your customers with
tremendous value. Yes, TREMEDOUS. The market will response to your offer again only if
you provide value. You can see most people out there provide what I called Junk.
Why? It is because they focus more of their own gain rather than customers’ value. Thus, the
market response back negatively to their offer.
However, we will concentrate only on selling services in this book but everything can be

Now, you might be thinking how much higher can you charge for a service.
Not much higher really, but the secret
here is to get the job done at a much much

(unbelievably much!) lower price so that you end up with a lot more profits and
at the same time keeping your customers happy and giving them a reason to
recommend your services.
Best of all, you don't even need to invest a lot of money to start earning
from this method.You also don't need a website, although having a website
detailing out your services really helps (I'll tell you more about it later) and saves
you a lot of time. All you need, is to invest one or two hours of your time per
day, mostly for checking and replying to emails from your existing customers
and potential customers.
You are probably thinking that this strategy will not make you rich. Well,
think again, because this strategy makes me more money than any other ways of
making money online I'm currently involved in.
Here is an example:

Someone was looking for a service provider to transcribe around 19
hours of audio. I made a bid of $550 for the whole project and I was selected. I
then got one of my team members to do it for less than $300 (which he happily
accepted) and I was left with $250 for myself on just one project, doing
basically nothing other than sending emails to the client. I was the man-in-
the-middle between the client and transcriber and nothing else, no special skill
required for that. On very good days, you can get up to 3-4 or more projects
like this. Now, remember although the project would take about two weeks to
be completed and for you to get paid, you are still not the one working it. You
then just have to relax, let your team member do the work and then collect the
money from the client.
2. How does it work?
To tell you the truth, that's where many Internet Middlemen go wrong.
For ages, they believed that they would get the job done by freelancers by
posting their clients'
projects on freelance websites for a lower price. If you are

already a middleman, that's probably what you are doing now and wondering
why you can't make more profits from the business.
If I was doing it the same way too, I'd probably end up with only $100
instead of $250 from that one project I mentioned earlier. That's about 40% of
the money I actually made.
I'm not saying that this method doesn't work at all. It may work but only if
your clients are so dumb that they don't know what a freelance website is. Why
would they come to you and pay you higher when they can post their projects
(for free) themselves and get it done by the same freelancers. I will show how to
solve this problem in this report. You won't have to go on freelancing websites
to find professionals, instead you can make them come to you.
I will actually show you how to use the traditional Internet Middleman
method the other way round!
Traditionally, you would offer your services at a higher price by posting
classifieds on websites like Usfreeads or even Ebay. Then, once you get a client
who wants to use your services, you will post the project on a freelancing website
for a lower price and hopefully end up with a little profit with the transaction.
Not anymore!!
3. How do you make professionals come to you?
The first thing I want you to realize is that, if you think the prices those
guys from India and China charge can not be beaten, you are wrong. There are
professionals in this world who will charge even lower and the magic of Internet
makes it easy to contact those people and stay in touch with them for the life of
your business.
(*The following few paragraphs are the most important ones in this report, so
you would probably want to read them more than once and understand them
well*)
You can find professionals from various fields in the developing countries
by placing classified ads on local portals/sites of that country. Why local
portals/sites? Because the professionals in those countries are more responsive

to a local ad than an international ad. Many professionals in those countries
already have a job and are experienced but are always looking for an opportunity
to make some extra money in their spare time. If you contact them with a
project and offer them a certain amount of money, they will do it for you.
This method is not as hard as it sounds like. You can easily find a list of English
speaking developing countries by doing a Google search!
You can then find a local portal website of that country by making another
Google search with the country's name and the word portal in the search field.
Most of the portals out there allow you to place free classified ads.
Say you want to place a classified ad to get professionals translators from
Malawi, just make a search for “Malawi portals” on Google and find the ones
that allow you to place free classified ads. If the website is not in English, have a
look around there will probably be a link to the English version of the portal
website. Within a a few days, if not hours, you will have list of professionals
interested in your job offer who will contact you for more information.
Most of them would already have a job, your offer will only be a
supplement to their monthly incomes.
To make your offer look more legitimate, you can even ask them to send
you a copy of their CV or resume by email. Also, ask them to work on a sample
before they are selected, which you will not pay them for. These steps make sure
that they know their job and you can verify the quality of their work.
Once you have a list of professionals fit for your job (that is, the services
you want to sell), you have your team.
Get their contact details, you'll definitely
want to have their email addresses and maybe a phone/mobile numbers where
you can contact them urgently. What I like doing is to make a list on MSN or
Yahoo Messenger so I can constantly be in touch with my team members.
It's always nice to say a quick 'hi' whenever you meet one of your team
members online. It builds a good relationship between you and your team. You
may arrange them in your list according to their skills, e.g., article writers,

translators , proofreader, etc. In this way, you will always remember what is the
area of expertise of each one of your team members, especially when you are
offering more than one service.
Bonus :
I did some research on the net and interviewed several internet middleman just like me. I found
out that to really find an English speaking professionals in other country is not a hard things to
do.
Example : South Africa, Malawi, Maldives and etc.
Real life case study :
I personally love to outsource my work to the Indians because of their firm work and they pass
up their work on time. I placed my ad on www.kijiji.in and after a few days, several content
writers come to me and apply to be in my team. I even got one MBA student who is now doing
his Phd. apply to be in my team. Be sure to write out the criteria of your workers when you
build your team. I build my article writers team base on the topic : Internet Marketing and this
Phd. student of mine is currently doing his thesis about Internet Marketing !
4. How to pay your team members?
Always give your team members an idea of how much you'll be paying
them when you assign them to a particular project. This means, you are the one
setting the price, not them. In some cases, the pay can be made negotiable.
That's all up to you!
A good tip here, is to make the conversion in their local currency if
possible. For obvious reasons, they might be more responsive when you make
the currency conversion. Of course it doesn't have to be 100% accurate. You will
still pay them in US dollars according to the conversion rate.
Keep in mind you want to keep maximum profit, so your first offer should
not be more than 60% than what you except to get paid by your customers.
Therefore you get to keep at least 40% without actually doing any work. You can
do the maths here!
A big payment issue in those countries is that PayPal doesn't provide its
services in every country around the world, depending where your team

members are from, you might not be able to pay them through PayPal.
Fortunately there are many other similar services that are available worldwide.

5. What kind of services can you sell?

6. Where to sell your services?
At the prices you will be paying your team members you can even afford
bidding on freelance websites yourself. Unbelievably, you will still profit if your
bid is accepted on a freelance website, although it's your team member who will
be doing the job.
I pay the transcribers in my team no more than $15 per audio hour. Till
date, I have never seen a bid lower than $20 per audio hour for transcription
work on a freelance website. So even if I make the lowest bid, I still have $5 as
profit doing basically nothing and you get thousands of projects like these on all
freelance websites every month.

You can also advertise your services on forums and classified ads websites
like Craiglists, Usfreeads and also Ebay. Advertising on forums is basically done
through your signature and definitely not by spamming the forum with posts.

or content creation page and see what people are searching for and you can outsource the work
to your team.
7. How about creating a 5-page website and increase profits?
Creating a website is not essential for an Internet Middleman, but it sure

helps a lot. For a fact, I know many of my customers have previously
bookmarked my site and came back later when they needed my services.
As you probably already know, these days, websites can be built for free
without requiring any HTML knowledge. I won't talk too much about how to
build and host a website for free. If you really don't know, a simple search on
your favorite search engine will show up all the information you need to know.
A small business website is not like the usual Adsense or Affiliate
Marketing website. You don't need hundreds of pages filled with content, just a
few pages will the following information will do.


The Homepage is just like any other ordinary home page with a summary
of all the important aspects of your company and links to important pages. Use
your imagination.
The Services page is a page where you describe all the services you are
currently offering in specific details. For example, mention your fields of
expertise if any.
On your website, make a Pricing page where you put the costs of your
services. Now what you can do to catch the attention of your visitor (prospective
customer) is to put a slashed higher price and put a highlighted lower price next
to it as a limited time offer. Also limit mentioning the prices on only one page so
that when you have to change the price you have to do it on only one page.

The About Us page can contain some information about your business and
little history of how it all started. This builds trust in your visitor.
On the Contact Us page, you may put your contact details or even put a
contact form. A contact form usually makes it easier for your visitor to send you
a mail. Free contact form scripts are easily available online.
8. Final words
Being an Internet Middleman is really easy and anyone can do it. It
requires no special skill, your main purpose will be to sit between the client and
your team member and control the project and make sure it gets done well. You
then collect money from the client and pay your team member a share of it.
The hardest part will be finding your team members, that should take you
about one or two weeks, then you will be all set to start your Internet Middleman
business. Then, you can sit back and promote your services anywhere you can
and get as much customers as you can. If you feel, you are getting too many
customers and can't handle the work, find more team members to get the jobs
done in time.
