Give phase B into a disinfected, heat-resistant glass jar and place it in a hot water bath (150oF/66oC) to melt the
ingredients. Give phase A into a separate jar and stir with high speed to dissolve the gum, heat it to the same
temperature. Add phase B to phase A and stir until it is a homogenous solution. Add phase C to phase A/B and
stir well. After the temperature has dropped to 100oF/38oC add phase D and stir again.

Creamy clay mask with soothing zinc oxide and two skin tightening ingredients. Plant oils and sheabutter
moisturize and soften the skin. Apply to clean and dampen skin, rinse off after 10 to 15 minutes.

Properties

Combine phase A ingredients (1-3), mix well until the carbomer is dissolved (use stick blender or homogenizer for
best results). Add phase B ingredients in order, stir well after each ingredient. Add phase C to phase A/B and stir
well. Mix again with a stick blender or homogenizer to get a smooth, nice consistency. Because of it’s thick
consistency package into tubes or jars. If a fragrance is used, replace Orange-Lemongrass blend with
CitrusCombo. Add fragrance at 0.2% concentration. CitrusCombo will lower the pH, so after a good final mix with
stick blender or homogenizer check the consistency, if there is separation measure the pH and make adjustments.
Ideal pH 5-6.
Properties
Apply a semi-thick layer to clean, damp skin and let dry. This can take up to 15min. depending how much was
applied. Then rinse off using warm water.

Combine phase A ingredients, and use a stick blender to thicken solution with ICE Alginate. Heat gently if
necessary and blend again to get a smooth mixture. Add chamomile tea from phase B into a separate beaker,
allowing each polymer to swell one at a time for 30 - 60 minutes, stirring well to ensure all are homogeneous.
Combine phase A and B, stirring well to incorporate. Add phase C ingredients, checking pH is about 5 before
adjusting with sodium hydroxide.
