1.0 PURPOSE Mục đích

To ensure that the SMT operators are able to operate the equipment correctly and to avoid equipment
damage and industrial safety accidents due to improper operation and also to effectively make the best
of equipment throughput for the accomplishment of the production goal.

operators.

6.4 PRECAUTIONS

If the equipment experiences abnormality, the operator shall notify the technician, the engineer,
or the direct supervisor immediately to handle the issue.
Nếu máy phát sinh sự cố ,nhân viên thao tác lập tức thông báo kỹ thuật viên,kỹ sư hoặc giám sát
trực tiếp xử lý.

The production unit performs daily maintenance according to the 901-K0040-01 (SMT Board
Loader Level 1 Maintenance and Inspection Record Sheet.)

The engineering unit performs monthly maintenance according to the 902-N19-29 (Loader and

Unloader Machine Level 2 Preventive Maintenance Checklist).
