PURPOSE Mục đích
Establish heat air gun standard operation procedure to prevent part damaged or non-conforming defect
occurs during repair handling. Excess application of heat may damage electronic components or
destroy the bond between a printed-circuit trace and the underlying substrate
Thiết lập phương pháp thao tác cho nhân viên sửa chữa sử dụng máy khị nhiệt, để tiêu chuẩn hóa việc
sử dụng,giảm thiểu các vấn đề phát sinh hư hỏng linh kiện hoặc chất lượng sửa chữa kém.

SCOPE Phạm vi
Most Heat air guns used in production are included.
Máy khò nhiệt được sử dụng đều thuộc về chuyền sản xuất

3.0
3.1

DEFINITIONS Định nghĩa
A heat air gun is a device used to emit a stream of hot air with high temperature for melting solder
or de-solder purpose. The principle is to adjust and control two factors: output temperature and air
flow.
Máy khị nhiệt:là 1 loại có thể chuyển ra gió nóng,là 1 loại cơng cụ làm nóng chảy thiếc hàn sản
xuất, nguyên lý bao gồm 2 hạng mục khống chế là cài đặt nhiệt độ phát ra và lưu lượng gió.

4.1

RESPONSIBILITIES Trách nhiệm
Process / Facility Engineer文To confirm heat gun implementation, temperature setup and device
maintenance.
Kỹ sư chế trình/thiết bị:giúp đỡ xác nhận phương pháp sửa chữa sử dụng máy khò nhiệt,các cài
đặt nhiệt độ và sửa chữa thiết bị.

4.2

Line Leader / Foreman文To assist operator in temperature setup and inform engineer if abnormal
occurs.
Tổ trưởng chuyền/quản đốc:quản lý nhân viên tác nghiệp cài đặt nhiệt độ máy khò nhiệt và phản
ánh bất thường đến đơn vị kỹ thuật.

Calibration unit文To assist temperature measurement if abnormal occurs.
Đơn vị hiệu chuẩn:giúp đỡ đo lường máy khò nhiệt nếu nhiệt độ bất thường

6.1

The operation is to de-solder circuit board components if non-conforming occurs.
Sử dụng khi sản phẩm ngoại quan bị lỗi cần thay đổi linh kiện hoặc hàn bù linh kiện.

6.1.1

Confine to components such as: resistor, capacitor, inductor, not BGA type IC, diode,
shielding etc. not heated the part kind that is influenced. Temperature sensitive elements
components such as: BGA, is prohibition of use heat gun, must use BGA rework station.
Máy khò nhiệt chỉ dùng cho các linh kiện chịu nhiệt độ cao như tụ điện,điện trở,Transitor,loại
IC không phải BGA và shielding(nắp sắt),linh kiện mẫn cảm nhiệt độ BGA nghiêm cấm sử
dụng,yêu cầu sử dụng máy sửa chữa BGA.

6.1.2

To prevent deformed defect, Component formed with plastic content is not suitable to use
heat gun.
Linh kiện cơ thể bằng nhựa không thể sử dụng,đề phòng vật liệu biến dạng.

6.2

Temperature setup Cài đặt nhiệt độ

6.2.1

Non lead free product: 360 +/-30℃.
Sản phẩm có chì cài đặt nhiệt độ 360 +/-30℃

6.2.2

Lead free product: 380 +/-30℃.
Sản phẩm khơng chì cài đặt nhiệt độ 380 +/-30℃

6.2.3

Must inform Engineer to check the output temperature before operator can adjust temperature
setting over the specification.
Khi nhiệt độ cần tăng lên mà vượt quá cài đặt giới hạn trên cần thông báo kỹ sư xác nhận
nhiệt độ đầu ra thực tế.

6.3

Operation method Phương pháp tác nghiệp

6.3.1

Handler must preserve the distance between heat gun and component at 5-10mm.
Khoảng cách máy khò nhiệt với linh kiện duy trì 5-10mm.

6.3.2

Air flow specification is between 1-8 grids, but in normal operation setup at 4-6 grids. In
special case, the air flow could be adjusted to specification value.
Cài đặt lưu lượng gió máy khị nhiệt đầu ra là 1-8 nấc,nhưng cài đặt nền tảng là 4-6 nấc,khi
sử dụng thực tế do yêu cầu đặc biệt có thể điều chỉnh sửa chữa.

6.3.3

Handler must add flux before applying heat to the component to improve wetting quality.

Amount of flux usage is based on repair area, mostly 1-3 drops, could be adjusted, but must
avoid excess flux residue.
Cần thêm chất trợ hàn lên linh kiện trước khi tra nhiệt,nâng cao chất lượng hàn thiếc,lượng
dùng chất trợ hàn dựa vào diệc tích sửa chữa để định lượng,lượng dùng cơ bản từ 1-3 giọt,có
thể thay đổi lượng dùng cho phù hợp,đề phịng chất trợ hàn q nhiều cịn sót lại.
6.3.4

If component appears to be discolored, oxidized, or deformed, must immediately decrease the
temperature and clean the non-conforming symptom using solvent.
Nếu linh kiện đổi màu,bị oxy hóa hoặc biến dạng cần điều chỉnh nhiệt độ về giới hạn dưới,và
sau khi sử dụng dùng chất tẩy rửa làm sạch.

6.3.5

Flux residue must be cleaned using solvent.
Chất trợ hàn bám dính lại cần dùng chất tẩy rửa làm sạch

6.4

Abnormal handling Xử lý bất thường

6.4.1

If air flow and temperature had been adjusted to the highest spec but still can’t melt the
solder, or if melting time is arose, handler must immediately inform engineer for
troubleshooting.
Nếu phát hiện lưu lượng gió và nhiệt độ sau khi tăng khơng làm thiếc nóng chảy được,hoặc
thời gian tan chảy thiếc và dùng kinh nghiệm thấy bất thường cần thông báo chủ quản hoặc
kỹ sư xử lý.

6.4.2

If the device is broken, engineer inform vendor to repair, or calibration department assist to
calibrate the output temperature.
Khi thiết bị bất thường do nhà cung ứng thu về sửa chữa,hoặc do phòng hiệu chuẩn hiệu
chỉnh lại nhiệt độ đầu ra.

6.5

Hot wind gun temperature check Kiểm tra nhiệt độ máy khò nhiệt

6.5.1

Test tools文Hot wind gun temperature test instrument, temperature measuring stick.
Cơng cụ kiểm tra:máy đo nhiệt độ máy khị nhiệt,thanh đo nhiệt độ.

6.5.2

Test procedure Phương pháp kiểm tra
6.5.2.1

Press the Power key to turn hot wind gun on, press ℃ key to set temperature, and
insert temperature measuring stick.
Mở nguồn máy đo nhiệt độ máy khò nhiệt(ấn nút Power),chọn chế độ nhiệt độ
(ấn nút ℃),cắm thanh đo nhiệt độ vào.

6.5.2.2

Put the temperature measuring stick to hot wind gun muzzle, wait for 2 to 3 seconds
and we can get the fact temperature.
Đưa thanh đo nhiệt độ vào đầu ra máy khò nhiệt,sau 2-3 giây đợi nhiệt độ ổn định,giá
trị hiển thị là nhiệt độ thực tế.

6.5.3

Record the measuring value to daily temperature test sheet.文Form No.901-N01-02文
Ghi chép giá trị đo thực tế vào biểu ghi chép đo lường hàng ngày Form No.901-N01-02

6.5.4

If hot wind gun calibration error is more than +/-30℃, the hot wind gun is forbidden to use,
and operator should notify the engineer immediately.
Khi lỗi hiệu chuẩn máy khò nhiệt vượt quá+/-30℃, nghiêm cấm sử dụng máy khị nhiệt,lập
tức thơng báo nhân viên kỹ thuật xử lý.
