Boston: Welcome to Bean Town
A forward-looking town with an eye on the past,
Boston combines the charm of a New England
harbor town with the conveniences and mindset
of a bustling, modern metropolis.
Each year, Boston attracts over 18
million visitors from around the world.
This vibrant, thriving city is renowned
for its cultural facilities, world-class
educational institutions, champion
sports franchises, and its place at the
very forefront of American history. Tourism
is one of the New England region’s largest
industries, and, as the region’s social and

to offer. It is also the destination of choice
for over 250,000 university and college

Boston is recognized as one of the most

Boston’s seasons
Boston experiences four distinct seasons.
It has warm summers with average

two or more students from the same family
study with a Navitas member institution.*
The first family member can be studying
with a Navitas member institution at the
same time as other family members, or
they may have previously studied with any
Navitas member institution. The bursary
is granted to the second and subsequent

this bursary, a family member is defined
as a husband, wife, brother, sister, mother,
