world. The medium for communicating with people is a lot easier due to the huge use of mobile
phones. However, there are both advantages and disadvantages to using a mobile phone.
Cell phones have many benefits, the first of which is that you can use them to stay in touch with

possible in the past. Besides, there is no cord to connect to a mobile phone, so it can be easily
carried anywhere and because the size is not too large, individuals can also put it in a pocket.
Moreover, nowadays, everything is being done online and by using mobile phones one can easily

and applications, improved network connectivity, and online shopping have been developed to be
done using mobile phones. In addition, people also can use it for entertainment such as listening
to music, watching film and video, reading book or playing games.
On the other hand, the disadvantages of mobile phones are also there. Since mobile phones are
convenient means of entertainment, many young people are addicted to social networking apps
and mobile games and avoid communication with those around them, including their families.
Besides, when communication becomes really easy due to cell phones, the temptation to text,
call, or video call while working, studying, or driving is a distraction. More seriously, it can
cause you to have accidents when you lose attention. Apart from that, the health problems due to
the massive use of mobile phones are increasing day by day. Playing mobile phone games and
having late night chats on bright screen results in damage to the eyes. According to researches,
the network can cause skin cancers. Insomnia, eye cancer, and even infertility are some of the
health problems caused by mobile phones’ huge use.
Despite its numerous harmful effects, the telephone is undeniably one of mankind's greatest and
most convenient inventions. However, each of us should use it effectively so as not to be too
affected by the harmful effects of the mobile phone.
