customers’ papers everywhere. He even lost his phone last week. His customers seem to lose trust
in him. Discuss, and decide together:
What should he do to be more organised at work?
How can he build the trust among customers to improve the sales?

salary

from both companies to work together effectively. You have been asked to prepare a proposal for
team building. Discuss and decide together:
What arrangements should be made before new colleagues start working together?
What kinds of work projects and leisure activities could be such a bother to encourage
teamwork?
What benefits effective teamwork could bring to the company


VIDEO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Each pair records themselves doing speaking tasks in the test using the recording function on Zoom.

Both speakers must appear side by side during the recording.

Edit your video e.g. delete unwanted parts if necessary

Save your video as an .mp4 file

•

Name your video as [No. of Pair] - [Speaker1's Middle & First name] - [Speaker2's Middle
& First name]
with Speaker 1 = Speaker on the left, & Speaker 2 = Speaker on the right in the video

Each pair just needs to submit one clip only on Google Drive.
