Instructions for Enrollment
1.
Submit a completed City University Participant Form and send it electronically or by fax to María
Ryan ():
/>This will insure that payment of the course is made through City University funds.
2.

Unless you took at class at City College for the Fall 2009, you will need to complete this step. As a
new student into City College (someone who has been away from CCSF for one semester or more
previous to the coming semester), you need to submit an Admissions Application:
The employee is responsible for completing this,
as this creates a student account with academic information, separate from your employment with
the City & County.
Note: You will receive a student ID and a registration date for adding classes. Do not add this class
online (see 4 below).

3.

Provide your student ID number to María Ryan to verify you have completed this process. This
facilitates the billing process, and crediting your student account.

4.

Final enrollment into the class will take place on the first day of class. Do not register using the
online system, as seats held there will be for the public.

Drop Policy
For City University participants, the last day to drop this course is January 27, 2010. You must drop the
class using the online WebStars system, and notify DHR by emailing María Ryan at .
