• Rash: generalized erythematous
macular; may desquamate
• Soft tissue necrosis (necrotizing
fasciitis or myositis, or
gangrene)
ã Renal: BUN or creatinine at least
2ì ULN or pyuria
ã Hepatic: total bilirubin, ALT, or
AST at least 2ì ULN
• Coagulopathy: platelets
