TOM TAT
Nghien cieu ndy duac tien hanh nhdm xem xet moi quan he giiia cac logi dong
luc hoc tap vd cdc chien luoc irng pho vdi stress trong hgc tap cua sinh vien. Mdu
nghien ciru la mdu thuan tien bao gom 157 sinh vien, do tuoi trung binh la 20,52, do
lech ehudn Id 1,29 vd nie chiem 77,7%. Ket qud phdn tich tirang quan cho thdy,
nhO'ng sinh vien co dong luc hgc tdp tu chu thuang sir dung cdc chien luac ung pho
tap trung vdo gidi quyet vdn de vd dieu hda cdm xuc. Trong khi do, nhitng sinh vien
thieu dgng luc hoac co dong luc hoc tdp bi kiem soat thi thuang ung pho bang cdeh
choi bo. ne trdnh va mong uac. Dua tren ca sa cdc ket qud ndy, cdc tac gid kien nghi
hudng nghien cuu tiip theo va cdeh thirc can thiep giiip sinh vien sir dung cdc chien
luge itng pho vdi stress trong hgc tap hieu qud hon.

phd sao nhang, ne tranh, choi bd va mong udc.

2. Fhu-gng phap nghien cifu
2.1. Mau nghien cu'u
Miu nghien euru la miu thuan tien bao gdm 157 khach thi la sinh vien.
Trong dd, nam ehiim 22,3%, dp tudi trung binh eua cae khach thi la 20,52 vdi

thay ddi nhan thuc va giai quyit vin di, ty diiu ehinh cam xuc, tini kiem sy trg
giiip vi cam xue va di giai quylt vin dl, suy nght tieh eye va chap nhan thay
vi ne tranh va meng udc hay ehdi bd. Nhttng sinh vien nay tham gia vao hgat
ddng hge tap vdi mue dieb chuin bj cho nghi nghiep ma hg mong mudn theo
dudi (dgng lyc xac nhan), kham pha tri thilc (ddng lyc ben trong hudng den
hieu biet), triii nghiem nhQng dieu mdi me trong qua trinh hgc (dgng lye ben
trong hudng den trai nghiem) va cai thien nang luc cua ban than (ddng lye ben
trong hudng den thanh tuu). Khae vdi sinh vien cd ddng luc dilu chinh ben
