Cam nhan hanh phuc (xxcll-being) la mdt khai nicm ngiix eang thu hut sy

lam hai hudng chinh: hudng cam nhan hanh phuc thu hudng (hedonic xxcll-being)
xa hudng cam nhan hanh phuc ban chat (eudaimonie well-being). I ludng cam
nhan hanh phue thu hudng nhan manh sy cd mat eua sy thda man va vang mat
cac cam .\uc dau khd (Diener. 1984). Hai thanh Id chinh cua khai nicm cam nhan
hanh phiic nay la: nhan thirc (sy hai long) va cam xuc (cd cam xuc tich eyc, v4ng
