BÀI LÀM:

1.Her interest in furniture began as a hobby-she took a furniture-making class and
made a chair for her apartment. However, when her friends saw her work, they asked
where they could buy one and then she started The Amazing Chair Company.
2.The three jobs on the team are director, designer and accountant & book-keeper.
3.Because the team has too little staff but more and more work. That will lead to
stress and unhappiness at work.

I recommend for The Amazing Chair Company that Natalya should hire João as a
full-time employee. Because João wants a full-time job and Natalya can now offer
another part-time job. So João could have a full-time job instead of two part-time
employees. And he can take over managing some of the business – solving problems
with suppliers, so Natalya can concentrate on selling. João could also listen to Leila
and help her develop her ideas. This makes sense because he has expressed an interest


in being more creative and problem-solving, and Natalya has said she really wants to
focus on sales.

6D.
They could find an new office which can solve all their problems. However, this
might be difficult because it might be more expensive. They could arrange to go out of
the office at certain times, or for certain meetings – can be for lunch – for more
informal conversations. They could consider going out for a meal or a drink after
work sometimes.
