people in the modern world
Globalization is the free movement of goods and services that are produced by
workers around the world in an integrated and seamless way, opening up the world

economy and increasing trade and collaboration between different nations. Its
impact has been more pronounced in recent years. It is disrupting the way that
industries all over the world operate, coupled with rapid advances in technology,
putting the modern workplace into a constant state of flux, rapidly changing and
developing and becoming increasingly difficult to define. There are three
valuables advantages which globalization brings to people in the modern world
including: living standard, cultural diversity and training.
Firstly, for less developed countries, globalization can be a blessing as it increases
standards of living such as health and welfare and safety conditions in the
workplace. Companies from more developed nations tend to have to comply with
regulatory requirements in their home countries and transfer these expectations
when they operate in other parts of the world.
The second advantage is cultural diversity. People are experiencing increasingly
diverse workforces as a result of a globalised economy. This includes teams
working across different locations, people traveling and moving countries for
work, having a range of different work ethics and practices and even religious
differences. All of these can be challenges, but overwhelmingly are a positive
thing in the workplace as it brings together different ideas and insights and
perspectives.
Lastly, with more diversity comes a need for more coaching and training of
employees, particularly around cultural competency to help workers form different
backgrounds connect with and understand one another. With this level of coaching
and training, your business is more likely to be successful.

Firstly, money’s influence on our health. Some people believe that getting rich
requires working hard during all day. In fact, if you have to choose between wealth
and health, which one would you like? The truth is that when you have money,
you will be able to take better care without worrying about money. Wealthy people
don't experience sleepless nights because of bills. You will be healthier if you don't
have to worry about money. Therefore, getting rich will positively affect your
health.
Second effect of money is on our family relation. People often say that we only
have a successful career or a happy family, but not both. This leads to anxiety and
fear, which makes us face a more difficult choice. If you love your family and can
get rich, spend more time with them. Solve problems in a more efficient way with
your time, because money helps your family live the dreams of its life. Instead of
using your family as an excuse, use it as a key driver to start making more money.


The last factor of money is our friends. A common reason many people refuse to
get rich is that they will lose their best friends while living in a bigger house, but
this rarely happens. Surely, the problem is they are not really your good friends.
You will have more than lose friends when you are rich and do not care about

people who treat you well because you are rich. Money will lead to an open world.
You will have the time and resources to travel, meet anyone you want, including
successful and interesting people.
In conclusion, money is the most important thing in life. No one can live without

discover the interesting things of life. In my opinion, travelling is very important to us
because we can see the world and different cultures. It lets us open our minds to new
things and we get to experience life in exiting different ways. Travelling brings us some
benefits as following reasons.
Firstly, traveling together is a great opportunity for the friendship between you and the
people to become closer, more opportunities to understand each other thereby become
stronger. In addition, you also have the opportunity to make more friends from around the
world, interact with new relationships, learn more things, create more opportunities to
develop yourself. No one can live without friends and social communication.


Another great benefit is the relaxation you get to do. After long days at the office, the
school will make your body drowsy and tired. An excursion will help you change the
atmosphere, make the soul is refreshed. Moreover, you can combine with interesting
activities such as climbing, swimming or playing a beach soccer game with local people.

With the development of living standard, the Internet plays an important part of
our lives due to its convenience. However, whether the Internet is a really
indispensable tool or completely brings about many advantages, it has also
dangerous things, especially for young generation.
Firstly, internet has influence on people’s health. Currently, may young people
spend all day on internet or social networks, their health will be affected,


especially eyes and headaches. If used all day will cause damage to shoulders,
neck, wrists.. Moreover, the using internet frequently will make people passive,
afraid to exercise, leading to obesity due to technology dependence.
Secondly, internet has the greatest attraction to young people, especially games, if
playing too much game also greatly affects the psychological development of
children. These issues have a great influence on the development of young people
today, it creates bad habits in daily life for the "believers" of the "virtual world"
such as violence, even they are willing to kill both relatives to have money to
satisfy the game addiction ... It is clear that Internet is ruining morality in a part of

world. All of this shows that the current use of the Internet for a part of the youth
is going astray.
In conclusion, it can be denied the rapid popularity and importance of Internet on
human’s life. Young people and their passion on internet have become one of the
top concerns of society today and no one can predict the great consequences of
online games for young people to grow. We should use internet for our right
purpose, use it scientifically so that internet becomes a useful tool in life.

There is an extensive impact on the undeveloped brains of the kids and the teen because
of advertising. There are harmful effects of TV advertisement on young generation


nowadays. From the advertiser’s perspective, they find a great potential growth through
marketing for this segment of the society. Advertising to the youth may result in the
increase in the sales, however having a negative impact on the mental and the physical
health of the children and the teenagers who are exposed o such kind of advertising
Firstly, most foods are advertised such as fast food, forming unhealthy eating habits in
young people, leading to obesity. For example, when you are watching a movie on TV,
waiting for an advertisement on a delicious fried chicken or pizza, you will get excited,
then you will order the food or cook it yourself. On the other hand, seeing the
advertisement of delicious food, the next day you will find to order it to enjoy.
Secondly, watching more advertisement can make young people have shopping habits,
especially women. For instance, some big fashion brands such as Ivymoda, Elise, Eva de
Eva, Nem….they advertise on TV that all products will be sale off 50% or 70% until a
certain time, then you maybe concern and have plan to come across these stores with
hope of buying cheap branded products. Although your wardrobe is full of clothes, skirts,

you still want another one.
Lastly, young people can imitate dangerous scenes in advertisements. Many ads include
dangerous, unsafe images. Although the ads all have legal warnings for advertisements,
children often imitate stunts at home, with deadly results. Advertising has an indirect
impact on children's behavior. It can create frustration when their toys are stolen, food or
something shown in commercial advertisements.
