Shettles method and the
importance of timing ovulation




Shettles method for gender selection has
been around for decades, and is probably one
of the most popular ways parents-to-be use to
conceive a gender of their choice.

It is generally supported by scientific
evidence.

This method is named after dr. Shettles who
in 1970 authored now famous

book "How To
Choose the Sex of Your Baby".

The Shettles method is based on the fact that
Y chromosome bearing sperm (boys) are
smaller and less robust, but move faster - and

they don't last as long as the larger, but slower
swimming, X chromosome bearing sperm
(girl).

Why is this so important if you want to
conceive a baby boy?

At conception, gender is determined by
chromosome characteristics - and it will be the
male's sperm that dictates whether the baby
will be a boy or a girl.

According to this method, you need to have
sex as close as possible to ovulation if a boy
is what you want.

Buy an ovulation kit and start tracking when
you ovulate. Once you know when you're
going to ovulate, have sex at the right time

and your chances will be highest for
concieving a boy.

It is recommended to abstain from sex until 12
hours prior to ovulation. This sexual respite
acts to boost a man's sperm count, a condition

father-to-be wears his socks on during lovemaking, you will have a
baby boy!






Your pH level affects
conception of a boy!


When trying to conceive a baby boy, having
the right pH level of your reproductive tract is

Can you change the pH level of your vagina in

• Start wearing boxers!
Wearing tight fitting underwear increases the
heat around the testes. That can lower the
sperm count, which consequently decreases
your chances to make a boy. Wearing loose
fitting underwear helps keep the testes cooler.
