Research purposes:
To clarify the influence of management style, the relationship between the style of leadership
with the construction of corporate culture; from that point to find a solution that helps businesses
build cultural identity, create spotlights, competitive advantage in the market.
- To study the theory of leadership style and other related issues to develop a corporate
culture.
- To carry out actual surveys on corporate culture in some Vietnam’s enterprises.
- To study experience on developing corporate culture in some major groups and companies in
the world and draw lessons for Vietnam.
Contributions:
- Systemizing and completing general theoretical issues on leadership style, corporate culture,
clarify the influence of leadership style on developing corporate culture in Vietnam.
- Describing the influence and the relation between leadership style and corporation culture in
surveyed enterprises to develop a fundametal for further recommendations or suggestions for
Vietnam.
- Prosposing some orientative solutions for Vietnam’s enterprises in developing corporation
culture.
