Introduction
So you have a YouTube channel and you’re strug-
gling to attract the attention it deserves?
I will tell you how to attract:
* Channel Views


* YouTube Friends
* Video Views
* Video Comments
* Channel Comments
and most importantly:
SUBSCRIBERS who are GENUINELY interested in
your content!
Remember that even with a Friends List alone
you are building a LIST which you can use to
market your products and services!
A SUBSCRIBER LIST is even better! Not only are
subscribers automatically and instantly alerted
of your new videos, you can contact EVERY
subscriber to your channel (in bulk portions).
The rst thing you are going to need to make
this all happen is a computer you can keep on
overnight. Your computer will serve as an
automatic system which will invite people to
your YouTube channel 24/7.
How is this achieved?
We’re going to use a program called Tube
Toolbox.
The software will allow you to scour the pages
of YouTube automatically gathering usernames
and video pages. For the sake of this method
we are focusing on gathering usernames.
There are those who may already be familiar
with Tube Toolbox however we are going to use
it in a limited and most eective way which
doesn’t spam the life out of video pages and

channels but merely invites people to take a
look at your channel. If they are interested they
subscribe! - Simple and honest!
Making People Interested
Lets remember that YouTube is of course, a
VIDEO based website. Therefore to draw
attention to yourself and your channel you are
going to have to create a video of some sort
which is interesting to the audience.
It doesn’t have to be a Speilberg creation but it
does have to tell the world what you are
interested in for someone else to see and think
”I’m interested in this too!” and ultimately
buddy up with you with a subscription.
Making an Eye Catching Video
Assuming you don’t have one already you
should have an eye catching Featured Video
on your channel which plays automatically.
At the top of the screen on your channel,
select:
Videos & Playlists > Featured Video.
* Check “Autoplay Featured Video”
Making an Eye Catching Channel
When people subscribe to a channel they
commit themselves to being part of some-
thing. Much like when football fans support
their teams, they naturally want their teams to
play well which in turn makes them look good
since the team reects THEM.
In the same way users who subscribe to your

channel are being represented by YOU. Users
will only be represented by something which
looks good and natural human instinct is to
associate with what looks good so they in turn
look good also.
Break the mould and design an attractive
background or hire a designer to do it. It will
pay dividends!

Concerns of Banning
Tube Toolbox follows a protocol in accordance
with YouTube’s Terms & Conditions in addition
to delays in send so your account is perfectly
safe. It’s exceptionally safe with the method
I’m about to introduce.
Searching Users
We need to target specic users who may be
interested in our services. Say for example I
am a website design company who is wishing
to market to SEO experts, I’d type in SEO in the
“Gather from Search Results” box as shown.
Kick o the User Search
After clicking “Go” select “Search & Gather by:
Relevance. This will deliver a friend invite to
those users who have the keyword ”seo” most
associated with them.
In the popup, uncheck “Add gathered Videos
to List” since we will not be gathering videos

to spam. Additionally this makes the user
search 4 times longer. Click OK.
Here we are presented with the results of the
live user search in the left pane of the popup.
If you haven’t gathered around 2000 users, run
the search again for a dierent useful search
term. (Don’t worry, all the results of your
searches are saved).
Once you have 2000 users it’s time to send the
friend requests. 2000 friend requests should
see you through a couple of days before you
do the search process again.

Send to Friends
To get this rolled out, click “Send Friend
Requests” to the left.
Click “Add Recipients” in the popup.
Select: Group: Gathered Users.
IMPORTANT: Check the top radio button so
they we do not send out multiple friend
requests by mistake.
On the next popup, click “START SENDING”

You will now be presented with the popup
below. This shows the sending results and the
current status of remaining sends etc.
Drag this window to the side of the screen to
clear your desktop and let it do it’s magic!
Results
Depending on your niche / chosen keywords
and regularity of running Tube Toolbox you
should see a rapid increase in the number of
friends on your channel with a steady increase in
the number of subscribers - assuming you have
interesting content!
Note that the Add Friends method is so much
more eective since we don’t “spam” as such. We
merely add friends as many people already
do - which YouTube has NO LIMIT upon . If the
recipient wants to be friends, then it’s a friend
scored for your untargetted list. You’ve invited
them in for tea. If they SUBSCRIBE it’s LEGIT
INTEREST and you are building a targeted list of
people who are interested in you!
The subscribers will forever build for as long as
you keep the software running and as you grow
popular it’s likely to speed up too!
People attract People!
Channel Adjustment
Your list of friends will always outshadow the
number of subscribers you have when using this
method.
You are more likely to attract a friend and / or

subscriber if they think they have received a
special invite as opposed to being only 1 of
2000.
As such, it is advisable to disable your “Friends”
module by clicking on the “Modules” tab on
your YouTube channel and unchecking “Friends”.
Let the Friends mount up blindly. You don’t
need to see them though you can take a peek if
you must. Your focus and goal now is to get the
SUBSCRIBER levels climbing!
With this rst step in place, we can go on to do
additional things which will help your channel
evolve
Priming your Videos
For the benet of attracting other untargeted
users who search for something on YouTube
ensure that:
* Your keyword relating to your services is in
the title and ensure it’s the rst word(s).
* Your keyword is the rst keyword in the
video tags and ensure that all other keywords
have close association. Think quality NOT
quantity. Chose 8 keywords tops.
* For the benet of luring people to your
website ensure that your website URL is the
very rst thing in your video description.
This is visible (and clickable) right below your
video. Avoid using TinyUrl and similar URL
shorteners.
Target YOUR Town or City

Hit a micro niche and target your town or city
with a video.
It can be as basic as a simple slideshow
developed in Windows Movie Maker.
The movie should contain a clear outline of
yourself / your services including every
aforementioned point in “Priming your Videos”
and above all:
* The title must read: YOUR SERVICE YOUR
CITY. i.e Plumbing New York.
* First keyword to read: YOUR SERVICE YOUR
CITY. i.e Plumbing New York.
This gives you an edge over competitors both in
YouTube itself and on Google where your video
MAY be fetched to the rst page for a:
“YOUR SERVICE YOUR CITY” search string!
This is one of the easiest ways for a company to
place on the rst page of Google. It’s not
guaranteed, but it works a lot of the time -
especially for more rare niches.
This also applies to website development. If you
can target a global market then do so but
narrow up and target your own location too!
There’s a plumber who lives on a street. He
makes himself known. He’s the only plumber on
the street. Guess who the neighbours hire?
Targeting your own Town or City can bring
dividends!
If you have many competitors who have already
made use of this technique either purposefully

or by accident, then you can still rest in the
knowledge that you are within the pages of
Googles “Videos” page which the user can select
to the left of the Google search page.
With any luck though, you’ll touch upon this and
you’ll bring desirable results!
Naturally the more videos you have targeting
your Town / Service keywords the greatest
chance you have of being found.
Be sure not to focus on the this too much.
Create a suitable ratio between targeting your
wide market and your local. One is a larger
range of potential customers but are far
between whereas the other is a much smaller
range but oers a focused cluster of potential.
If no competitor has focused locally the space is
yours for the taking!
Blogging
With the rapid growth in popularity of
Wordpress and the fact that Google loves it,
creating a Wordpress blog can bring extreme
benet.
Typing up a few articles a day can keep the cogs
turning and the keywords multiplying to make
the site more popular.
For each time you make an entry, place your
website AND your YouTube channel link at the
bottom.
Why?
YouTube is LIST source for both your FRIENDS

and SUBSCRIBERS.
A subscription to a YouTube channel may be
more likely than a subscription to your list on
your WEBSITE if your content is interesting!
Videos that Attract
With your services / products outlined in your
main videos and your subscribers climbing, you
may nd you have legroom to go o on a
tangent with a few of your videos for the sake of
providing variety and sparking interest.
Ask yourself; of the most popular channels on
YouTube, what do they provide which makes
them so popular?
In most cases, popular YouTube users provide
streams of “How To” videos. Even 1 single,
eective “How To” video can pull in signicant
trac for as long as the topic is sought after.
Weekly editions of those “How To’s” naturally
have a lot more further potential!
It’s worth asking yourself; “What can I do for
people? What can I give for FREE?”
People LOVE freebies and information is no excep-
tion. Most people also love to learn.
Think of how you might construct a “How To”
video in association with your product or services.
Taking the plumber example once again. As I type
I see a frantic woman who needs to unblock her
sink. This time she searches Google / YouTube for
a solution to the problem
If our plumber has a video up on YouTube about

how to unblock a sink, he’s in with a chance of his
video being clicked on.
It doesn’t matter if shes a million miles away and
she never buys the services of the plumber since
she’s still adding to the popularity of the video
which is associated with his business . It has a
knock on eect on the rest of his videos which
focus more directly upon selling his services.
Search systems favour popularity.
Persistence
Make sure you persist in making your YouTube
channel grow.
Don’t be one of these people or companies who
establish a YouTube channel, upload one video
and assume it’s going to pull in the prots
unmanned.
Make yourself LOOK GOOD.
Make yourself KNOWN.
GIVE something of use to people.
then the rest will follow as you continue to
repeat the process with persistence. Don’t be set-
tled with what you have. Keep forging forwards,
keep producing the videos, keep on top and stay
fresh with your content and channel design!
Share conversations with people, return favours,
collaborate and most of all enjoy! You’ll nd leads
from the strangest of places!
