Resorts. The 145 room four-star boutique hotel is ideal for either business people or leisure travellers. With the “Passion for

sustainable development. In the last two years, our three-month Internship Program has brought the learning and development
opportunities to hundreds of students from universities/ colleges/ vocational schools in Hanoi.

Position Responsibilities Requirements
Bellboy -
Front Office

Receiving and ensuring correct delivery of guests’ luggage to and from
rooms, airport and cars and assisting all guests with inquiries and requests.
-
To be all time stationed at the main entrance of the Hotel and anticipates
the arrival of the people coming to the hotel with a warm welcome
-
Assist with heavy packages, coats, suitcase, etc. being alert to give assistance
courteously and quickly, before having to be asked
-
Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors
-
Be familiar with the layout of the hotel and memorize the preferred route for
escorting guests
-
Provide information to guests about the hotel facilities and services
-
Upon arrival of newspaper, prepare them and deliver them to guest rooms as
assigned by the Bell Captain
-
Learn and utilize names of guests, especially repeat and long staying guests

and routinely greet guests as they pass through the lobby, remaining alert to
situations where he can be of assistance to guests

To carry out any other duties from time to time which may be requested by
the Front Office Manager/ AFOM

Hỗ trợ các yêu cầu của khách: đặt vé máy bay, đặt phòng, đặt tour du lịch

Kiểm tra chìa khóa phòng, thẻ đăng kí và việc sắp xếp các quyền lợi của
phòng VIP, phòng Club Classic, khách Tập Đoàn và khách theo Nhóm – những
nhóm khách đến vào buổi chiều. Đảm bảo sắp xếp hoàn tất và chính xác. Hơn
nữa, khách đi nghỉ tuần trăng mật, sinh nhật đều được chuẩn bị phòng chu đáo.
- Theo sát và chăm sóc khách trong suốt kì lưu trú của khách tại khách sạn, tối
đa hóa sự hài lòng của khách hàng thông qua việc nhận diện khách đúng và
chăm sóc khách chu đáo

Xử lí những phàn nàn của khách hàng hoặc trình lên cấp trên khi cần thiết,
theo dõi sát sao để có những hành động kịp thời nhằm làm khách hài lòng

Đón chào khách ở Sảnh, trò chuyện thường xuyên với khách để biết được ý
kiến đóng góp của khách nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ cũng như cơ sở vật
chất
-
Giới thiệu về những dịch vụ khách sạn có thể cung cấp
-
Khuyến khích khách hàng điền thông tin vào “Phiếu ý kiến” và khuyến khích
khách đăng những nhận xét tốt lên các kênh thông tin, ví dụ: tripadvisor.com.

up to be done properly.

Take care guests during their stay with the hotel to ensure maximum guest
satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from
arrival through departure

Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follows up on

Greet guests at the Lobby and small talk with guests to obtain their feedbacks
