are appropriate.
3. Using Cause and Effect diagram to analyze the reasons for
the fact that the teamwork has been not effective yet. Then
using the method of Six Thinking Hats to find the solutions,
which can improve teamwork.
Assessment criteria: The Cause and Effect diagram is reasonable
and the method of Six Thinking Hats is applied in a proper
manner.
Appendix: Each group member explains her/his role in this
essay, how she/ he participated in this work.
