INTRODUCTION
1. Put research issues
The XXI century is the century of industrialization and modernization.
Opening trade is an inevitable and important issue for each country. Vietnam is
a potential country, with abundant human resources, abundant resources and a
strong team of intellectuals. Vietnam, a country that is in the period of economic
opening to make full use of its comparative advantages.
Especially when Vietnam joins the WTO, our trade and trade issues have
many advantages, foreign trade policies in the direction of opening up, reducing
