The last internship period was an opportunity for me to synthesize and systematize
what I have learned, and at the same time combine it with practice to improve my
professional knowledge. Although the internship period is not too long, through this
process, I have broadened my horizons and absorbed a lot of practical knowledge.

apply the theoretical foundation learned at university to work.

PART A: INTRODUCTION
1. Rationale
Translation has a long history and its importance has grown dramatically in light of
the world's present rate of change. The phenomenon of translation has become
increasingly important in the modern world, as cultural exchanges become more
broad and global communication becomes more intensive. Human communication
currently heavily relies on translation, whether for scientific, medical, technological,
commercial, legal, cultural, or educational goals; as a result, interest in the field is
growing. The primary goal is to show how linguistics and translation are
inextricably linked and mutually beneficial. As a result, the fundamental underlying
assumption is that “inside or across languages, human communication equals
translation.”
Education is one of the most important fields in every country. Education is a place
to train high-quality human resources for the country and help the country develop.
Exposure to the cultural treasures of mankind is the desire of many generations of
Vietnamese people. Currently, this dream is gradually being realized thanks to
specialized translation in education. Educational translation plays an extremely
important role, contributing to removing barriers between human knowledge and
many readers from small to large. In this assignment, I will give four educational
news that consists of two English news and two Vietnamese news to clarify some
aspects of this topic.

2. Aims and Purposes of the assignment
The assignment is an opportunity for me to practice the knowledge I have learned in
the past time and learn more deeply about my favorite topic: Travelling.
Translation of educational topics is one of the hottest fields today, it serves an
important role not only in the education industry but also in Vietnamese knowledge.
Translating this topic requires the translator to have a deep understanding and

coherent style. So my goal is to try to research, learn, and practice applying the
skills I have accumulated to have good translations.
