Các em học sinh thân mến!


Thế kỷ XXI chứng kiến sự bùng nể mạnh mẽ của phong trào học
tiếng Anh trên toàn thế giới. Tiếng Anh đã mang lại cho các em học sinh
rất nhiều cơ hội học tập, giao lưu, du học, nghiên cứu, du lịch, tìm kiểm

việc làm sau này. Ở Việt Nam, tiếng Anh ngày càng được các cấp quản lý,
nhà trường, giáo viên, học sinh, phụ huynh học sinh quan tâm, đầu tư cho

con em theo học. Nhiều địa phương đã đưa tiếng Anh thành mơn thi chính
trong kỳ thi tuyển sinh vào lớp 10 Trung học phổ thông.
Cuốn sách này ra đời với mục đích góp phần giúp các em học sinh

lớp 9 tự ôn tập, hệ thống lại các phần kiến thức cơ bản trong chương trình

tiếng Anh cấp Trung học cơ sở (tiếp cận Chương trình Giáo đục phổ thơng
2018). Sách được trình bày theo các chun để kiến thức chính có trong
chương trình tiếng Anh cấp Trung học cơ sở, thường được sử dụng trong
các đề thi tuyển sinh vào lớp 10 Trung học phổ thông và kỳ thi tuyên sinh
vào trường chuyên ở các tỉnh Hà Tĩnh, Nghệ An, Thanh Hóa, Thừa Thiên

Huế và Thành phố Hà Nội. Ở cuối sách có phần tập hợp các đề thi tuyển

sinh vào lớp 10 THPT và lớp 10 chuyên tiếng Anh ở tỉnh Hà Tĩnh trong
những năm gần đây.
Tác giả cuốn sách là những cán bộ, giáo viên tâm huyết, có kinh nghiệm
giảng dạy lâu năm ở Trường THPT Chuyên Hà Tĩnh. Tuy nhiên, vì đây

là lần xuất bản đầu tiên nên khó có thể tránh khỏi thiếu sót, rắt mong các

thầy/cơ và các em học sinh góp ý đề lần tái bản sau được hoản chỉnh hơn.
