The Tet holiday is the most important and most popular holiday in Vietnam. It is a time for
family and friends to get together.
The Tet holiday, also known as Lunar New Year, is the most important and popular holiday in
Vietnam. The festival has its origins in China, where it's called the Spring Festival. The Tet
celebration starts with a visit to pagoda to pray for good luck and prosperity. Visitors present
offerings of fruit and flowers at the temple before they go on to visit relatives and friends or
attend parties held by their workplace or communities.

Tet is a time for family and friends to come together and celebrate. It's also the time of year when
people go to pagoda to pray for good luck, fortune, and happiness.
The Tet holiday is a traditional Vietnamese celebration which marks the start of the new year. It
is celebrated on the first day of the lunar calendar. The word "Tet" means "to go". In other
words, it's a time for people who have gone their separate ways over the past year to reunite with
their families and friends.
During Tet, people visit their relatives' homes or go to pagoda to pray for good luck, fortune, and
happiness. They also prepare five-fruit tray which consists of five different fruits: banana,
pineapple, papaya, watermelon and dragon fruit.

Tet is the most important festival in Vietnamese culture. It is a time to celebrate family, friends
and the new year.
Tet is not only a religious festival but also a time of celebration and festivities. Vietnamese
people prepare many traditional dishes to please their guests and enjoy the occasion with them.
