1. SCOPE OF WORK/ PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC
This Methoddescribes the pile installation work for Petrochemical Complex in South of
Vietnam Project, Package A1 – Olefin Plant.
Đây là biện pháp thi công cọc cho gói thầu A1 nhà máy Olefin thuộc dự án Hóa dầu Long
Sơn
The statement consists of Site preparation, Material Supply, Construction Procedure,
Inspection Procedure, and Quality Assurance related to Sub-Contractor’s responsibility for
implementation of the whole work.

Biện pháp thi công bao gồm công tác Chuẩn bị mặt bằng , Cung ứng vật tư, Quy
trình thi cơng, Quy trình quản lý và đảm bảo chất lượng liên quan đến trách nhiệm
thực hiện của Nhà thầu phụ cho tồn bộ cơng việc của gói thầu.
It is confirmed that the whole works is executed according to technical requirement and
designed drawings of the Project.

Nhà thầu cam kết thực hiện công việc theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật bản vẽ thiết kế của dự
án.

3. PREPARATION WORK/ CƠNG TÁC CHUẨN BỊ
3.1 Preparation/ Công tác chuẩn bị
Construction site shall be prepared stably enough for machine movement and safety
operation, detail as following:

Mặt bằng công trường sẽ được chuẩn bị để đảm bảo ổn định cho máy móc trong
q trình di chuyển và thi công, cụ thể như sau:

The Sub-Contractor shall use steel plate for construction area of soft ground.

Existing grass and trees shall be cleared and collected to regulated area.

-

Khu vực có mặt bằng thi cơng yếu, nhà thầu phụ sẽ sử dụng tấm tơn lót để máy
móc di chuyển khi thi công.

-

Cây bụi và cỏ sẽ được dọn sạch và thu gom lại vị trí thích hợp được Chủ đầu tư cho
phép.
Temporary facilities shall be set up and provided for the securities, safety and operation of
the whole work. Temporary facilities include the following items:

Các cơng trình tạm sẽ được lắp đặt, cung cấp phục vụ công tác an ninh, an tồn
cơng trường và đảm bảo sự thi cơng bình thường của cơng trường. Các hạng mục

Set up site office, toilet, washing bay, parking area. All these temporary facilities
shall be set up at suitable place which approved by Main-Contractor.

-

The Sub-Contractor shall use our own generators for electric supply.

-

Văn phịng cơng trường, nhà vệ sinh, bãi đỗ xe,.. Các hạng mục này sẽ được lắp
đặt tại vị trí thích hợp, được sự chấp nhập của Tổng thầu.

-

Nhà thầu phụ sẽ sử dụng máy phát điện trong quá trình thi công.

3.2 Equipments and Materials/ Thiết bị và vật liệu
Machine and equipment used for the Project are calibrated by legal department according
to the regulation and approved before using.
All materials used for the Project shall be approved before using and submitted with quality
certificate of manufacture and testing result as the Project’s requirement.
Máy móc thiết bị sử dụng trong thi cơng được đăng kiểm bởi cơ quan chức năng theo các
quy định hiện hành và phải được nghiệm thu kiểm tra trước khi đưa vào sử dụng.
Vật liệu sử dụng trong thi công được chấp thuận trước khi sử dụng và được đệ trình cùng
với chứng chỉ chất lượng của nhà sản xuất cà kết quả thí nghiệm theo yêu cầu dự án.
3.3 Survey work/ Công tác trắc đạc
Benchmark of the project includes:

Benchmark system provided by the Supervisor and/ or the Owner;

5.1 Equipment and accessories for unloading pile/ Thiết bị và phụ kiện cho việc hạ cọc
PHC pile are transported to construction site by trailer truck. Use available Crane to unload
pile to concentration area. Crane used could be crawler crane or mobile terrain crane with
35ton capacity.

Use hook

- Hook are certificated tool while C-Clamp are fabricated in mechanical shop by SS400
steel plate thickness 20mm. Calculation for Clamp is in the attachment. In technical point of

view, Using C-clamp is safer than using hook for unloading PHC pile. The Sub-contractor
makes sure that C-clamp is only use for unloading PHC pile / Móc đã có chứng nhận kiểm
định trong khi kẹp C được chế tạo tại xưởng từ thép SS400 dày 20mm. Tính tốn cho kẹp
C được đính kèm ở cuối. Từ khía cạnh kỹ thuật, sự dụng kẹp C là an tồn hơn dùng móc
trong việc cẩu hạ cọc. Nhà thầu sẽ đảm bảo kẹp C chỉ được sử dụng cho việc cẩu hạ cọc.
5.2 Pile Storage area/ Khu chứa cọc
Pile storage area will be set up near pile installation area. It will be shifted depending on

6. METHOD FOR PRE-DRILLING/ BIỆN PHÁP KHOAN DẪN BẰNG MÁY CƠ SỞ
6.1 Mobilization and installation of machine/ Huy động và lắp đặt thiết bị
Site drilling equipment shall be modern equipment suitable for the conditions of the site and
the depth of investigation envisaged.
Nhà thầu sẽ huy động máy khoan phù hợp với điều kiện địa chất và chiều sâu thi công.
All equipments which will be mobilized to the site shall be carefully checked to be in good
working conditions before entering into the site, clearance surrounding the site shall be
always kept. All certificates of equipments must be valid during implementation of the
works.

6.3.1

Survey work/ Công tác trắc đạc

After received the site plan, benchmark and approved of construction drawing from
the owner, Sub-Contractor's site manager checks the drawing and assigns the
survey team to check the benchmark's handed over to install the location of pile. If

have any problems about the benchmark, insufficient information in drawing, SubContractor’s Site manager immediately report to the Main-Contractor to solve the
problems.

-

Built the local coordination and survey points system control in site near
construction area. The point control is built at the fixed location, does not loss during
construction (Maybe using the wood with nail, ceramics benchmark or concrete due
to time executing and complexion of site). All points are barrier by bamboo pile with
red painting at head.

-

All center position of piles according to working drawings shall be set out on site by
accurate surveying equipment and experienced surveyors from at least two bench
marks. Each position of piles with co-ordination and elevation shall be surveyed and
marked by bamboo stake, and then shall be protected during execution period, if
any point is found lost or unstable, it should be confirmed and installed again.

Sau khi tọa độ tim mốc và bản vẽ thi công được thông qua, chỉ huy trưởng công
trường sẽ kiểm tra và phân công đội trắc đạc kiểm tra các tim mốc chuẩn nhận bàn
giao từ Chủ đầu tư và Tư vấn giám sát trước khi bắt đầu thi cơng. Nếu có vấn đề gì
về tim mốc hay sự thiếu hụt thông tin để tiến hành triển khai thi công, chỉ huy
trưởng của Nhà nhầu phụ sẽ thông báo cho Tổng thầu để cùng hợp tác giải quyết.

Bố trí hệ thống mốc chuẩn và lưới các điểm kiểm tra tại vị trí gần khu vực thi cơng.
Những điểm kiểm tra cần đặt tại vị trí cố định, khơng dịch chuyển và cần được bảo
vệ suốt q trình thi cơng. Những vị trí tim mốc được đánh dấu bằng cọc tre và sơn
đỏ phía đỉnh.

Tất cả các tim cọc được triển khai trên mặt bằng thi công phù hợp với bản vẽ thi
cơng đã phê duyệt từ ít nhất 2 điểm mốc chuẩn định vị do các trắc đạc viên có kinh
nghiệm tiến hành dưới sự giám sát của kỹ thuật thi cơng. Mỗi vị trí mốc chuẩn bao
gồm tọa độ và cao độ sau khi xác định phải được đánh dấu và bảo vệ trong suốt
quá trình thi công, trường hợp mất phải được khôi phục kịp thời.

6.3.2

Setting drilling machine/ Định vị máy khoan

Base machine shall be set upon the pile center horizontally and vertically. Offset points for
pile center shall be made at least in two directions from inspected marking of pile center.
The centering of the machine shall be confirmed by the tip of Drilling bar or bucket.
Horizontal setting of machine and verticality of Drilling bar shall be checked by water level
gauge or plumb.

Máy phải được đặt thăng bằng và thẳng đứng. Tiến hành gửi điểm cho tim cọc theo
ít nhất 2 hướng vng góc. Tim máy khoan được xác định bằng mũi cần khoan
hoặc mũi gầu khoan. Độ thăng bằng và thẳng đứng của máy khoan và cần khoan

Ground area, where drilling machine located, should be placed steel plate in order to keep
stability of the machine and bored hole. Steel plates should be used at bad ground
