Living in a house or a rented house
Coming into being not for long, the rented houses play an important part in
providing shelter for short-time resident. In this paper, I will discuss the differences
between living in a house and in a rented house
The first difference is the feeling of ownership. In a house, you feel that whatever
in the house belongs to you. You don’t have to worry about how you treat this furniture.
Since you are the owner of the house, you will tend to have better care of the house.
However, in a rented house, you have to keep it carefully. You will conclude that all
things in the house are borrowed and take lesser care of them.
Another is the price to live at your house and in a rented one. In your house, you
will only have to spend money on annual taxes and repairing the house sometimes while
it is very expensive to pay monthly rental and other service cost when living in a rented
house.
The last difference is in terms of the comfort and convenience. In the owned
house, you can be provided with all modern living necessities like fridge, washing
machine, and air-conditioner. In contrast, you can not afford all those things in the rented
house which will be used for a short time.
In conclusion, there are differences in the ownership, the price and convenience
between living in an owned house and rented one. In the future, the rented house should
be equipped with updated housing tools to meet the requirement of the renter.
