Topic 1: a long and healthy life
Well, a healthy lifestyle plays a vital part of our lives. If we take care
of ourselves, we will make dreams come true and achieve other
things in this life. So, there are some ways to have a long and
healthy life. Firstly, you should maintain a healthy and balanced diet
by eating more fresh fruits and vegetables. This is because these
products have such a lot of vitamins and minerals that be good for
your skin, brain and bones. Secondly, you must avoid and give up
some bad habbits. For example, eating fast food, staying up late or
having coffee before bed and so on. Finally, you should choose the
type of exercise that is suitable for you. Then, doing it for only 5 to
10 minutes a day. Therefore, you can keep your body fit and your
mind happy. Although, eating a healthy diet is very important, it
can’t replace doing exercise. This is because exercise provides
numerous health benefits, including strengthening muscles,
reducing stress and anxiety, and improving better sleep. In
conclusion, both having a balanced diet and doing exercise regularly
are the key of a long and healthy life.

Topic 2: the generation gap
In my opinion, there are a lot of things that make people different
like personalities, beliefs, experiences, emotions, habits, ages and
genders. So, that is called “the generation gap”. Well, every different

generations were born and given different names. There are three
generations have common characteristics. Firstly, generation X refers to
born between 1965 and 1980. They are also known as critical thinkers
because they achieved higher levels of education than previous
generations. Secondly, generation Y are also known as Milennials, refers
to born between the early 1980s and 1990s. They are curious and ready
to accept the changes. Finally, generation Z includes people born between

the late 1990s and early 2010s, a great time of technological
developments and changes. That’s why they are called digital native.

Well, you know if you live in an extended family, there will some
common problems between young and older people. For example,
our parents force us to follow in their footsteps, or they think that
women have to do all the housework. And grandparents hold some
traditional views about male jobs and gender roles. To bridge the
generational divide, people need to have open and honest
conversation, listen and respect each other’s opinions and values,
and look for areas of agreement. In conclusion, I think it’s possible
for parents and children to be friend to have a happy family and
develop strong relationships.
