geneal pulic. Some people belive that some people think that mobile phones should be

broad issue to the genenal public. In my opinion , I partially agree with idea.
Discussed below are reveral reasons in favor of my perspectives.
Fist and foremost , people should recognize that mobile phones should be banned in

consider is that mobile phones can be used by bad guys to take photos and videos
affecting the privacy of others . To illustrate this point , I would like to mention that
many girls are secretly filmed and their sensitive images are posted on Tiktok
causing many serious consequences to the mental image of the person being violated.
Another point would like to make is that mobile phones notification sound. This
mean that the echo of announcements in public places such as libraries affects people
who need to concentrate.
On the other hand , there are several arguments against the statement that mobile
phones should be banned in public places like libraries, shops and in public transport.
In fact , people have this oponion because we can adjust the volume or use
headphones to avoid disturbing those around us and using mobile phone in public
places has many conveniences for user . It helps us easily access social networks
quickly such as listening to entertainment music, updating news quickly and using
other mobile utilities. This can be shown by the example that we can listen to a song
or short podcast when we need ideas or to help us feel more comfortable when taking
public transportation. We can also use apps on mobile phones to ride motorbike taxis
like Grab, Gojeck, Be... and pay by mobile banking in public places.
In conclusion, the above mentioned facts have created a dilemma when people
evaluate the impact of this issue, and it is still a controversial issue. As far as I am
concerned, it could have both positive and negative impacts. People shoud have
further consideration on this issue.
